Great place minus the ants

The complex itself is absolutely adorable. Everything I was hoping for in our quick little one night stay. The two bedroom villa is dated, but suitable. Was a birthday trip for my teenage son with a friend, so the two bedrooms worked out perfectly. It was conveniently located to many attractions in Orlando. My only complaint is that the kitchen had sugar ants which is disgusting. That said, if the ant situation was resolved, I would happily stay here again. Great place for kids.

limited staff during check-in , only 2 attendants handled the check- in counter that created inconvenience and long wait . The unit is dated and a bit dirty . We were assigned on the lower unit, you can hear the 2nd floor occupant's kids running , pounding the floor and can hear construction activities in the building. The pool not heated enough and dirty .

The property is pretty, we use any of the resort / pools. We travel to Kissimmee frequently and know the area but locating the actual road to drive into was confusing. Our sliding glass door to the patio didn’t lock - we were on the fifth floor so not a major concern though. The room was nice

The property has potential Staff needs more training always room for improvement nobody was friendly it was made seem like if we were a bother Rooms needed to be cleaned better a lot I understand things could be overlooked and I don’t expect a spotless place but just very simple things We were scheduled for a time share presentation when we got there we were not on the schedule had no one of our information which is ok but they wanted us to go out of our way to convince them to run back and forth from the front desk main bldg and back to the prestation bldg to clarify things something a phone call could have cleared up but whatever Walmart is very close lots of restaurants and shopping

The check-in was easy and fast. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay. However, we found ourselves locked out of our room one night for over 45 mins because the keyless battery was dead on our door. Maintenance was gone for the night. The water in the showers were at the most lukewarm but scorching hot in the kitchen sink.

A place to evacuate to

Evacuated for Hurricane Milton. Check in was easy, and the manager was helpful and answered all my questions. I rented a 3 bedroom villa which was clean and comfortable. It could use some updating, but it served our needs fine. I truly appreciated the communication of the hotel during the storm. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use any of the amenities.

Our first night was not good, we flew in at 12am and arrived at around 230-3am. The room smelt of mildew and our kids asked why their socks were wet, It must have flooded, we called immediately and they said they would send housekeeping in the AM. My husband does floors and said they would need to remove the carpet as it has been wet for awhile. We went to the office early as they were using a very loud machine doing renovations in the auite across the hall and they changed our roo.. the new room waa AMAZING and totally made up for the first night. 10/10 would recommend.
