The property felt worn out and not cared for. The pillows were like having rags thrown into a worn out pillow case. The bathroom had both black and red mold around the sink and faucet, black mold in the toilet and urine stains around the base. The shower again loaded with black and pink molds, and I can’t imagine the last time the floor was properly scrubbed. The noise from the neighbor on the right side and their children was insane ….like the walls were paper. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express but this hotel had a great rating…..maybe my expectations were just to high

It was nice because it was right across from Old Town however on a Saturday night by the time we were close to the hotel around 545 pm traffic was terrible we could not hardly get through to the hotel and difficult to get back out even after 3 hrs to get dinner. There was also a big cockroach in our bathroom. Breakfast was good but after a few days of eating same breakfast every morning it wasn't anymore...

Just awful. Would have rather slept in my car. The room smelled like a doghouse. Staff was great and moved us to another room that was much better but the hallways were filled with linens & towels on the floor. Just really poor condition for this hotel to have an avg of 8.8 on yelp.

We stay by 21-25 Dic 2024 for the first time. Great location near, American & Latin cuisine Restaurants, store, near to Old Town. Greeting from staff and attention is great. Breakfast buffet, real Breakfast are awesome and food services personnel very professional. If your travel with children this is the best place to stay .For me will be return in the near future

The property was disappointing because the hot tub did not work as advertised (it was not even close to hot, which is ridiculous because it is literally why we stayed here!), the pool was not heated as advertised, and the room-key reader on the door continually did not work.
