Things that grossed me out
In my stay at 12101 Challenger Pkwy, Orlando, FL, 32826 room # 312 some of my towels were filthy, all of my pillowcases had black stains, my sheets had stains, my comforter had blood on it, the toilet paper holder was broken, the toilet paper was a half used roll sitting on the counter, goop on the back of the bathroom door , and the elevator was not working sometimes.

Old hotel with dark unwelcoming lobby. Jacked up prices just because of family weekend. I’m sorry I went there I should’ve gone out of area and got a better place for less. Price gouging should be against the law!

In my room, the bathroom door couldn't be locked. The clothes hanger was fell off. And the shower too strong, it hurt when I wash my face. There should be have shampoo or liquid soup in the bathroom for guests. Breakfast wasn't impressive. The officer are nice and friendly. The hotel and the room is quite clean.

The staff are excellent. The lobby and breakfast area is excellent. My room is clean for the most part; however the bathroom, including the bath tub, the toilet, the floor, and the sink is not cleaned well. That’s the only downfall. I will possibly come back again. I gave three stars for the hotel.

Good Stay!
We were only there for one night. The room was adequate for our needs. The room was slightly musty but clean, The bathroom was clean: though more care should be taken in cleaning the items by the coffee machine. The staff however was really courteous and helpful. We arrived early on the train and Trey the front desk person was welcoming and helpful. The professionalism of the front desk personnel made up for any minor lacking. We would stay here again.

The room was fairly disgusting. It appeared as if the room had not been cleaned before arrival. The sheets and pillows were stained with mascara from a previous guest. There were also bloody scabs and crumbs between the sheets. There were mystery spay stains on the furniture. The man in the lobby was helpful in getting us clean sheets.
