Everything was amazing. Room was clean, service was superb, food was delicious. Only thing I'm sure everyone is complaining about and I think management should look at is the the pool.. too cold for comfort. other than that the place is spot on.

The place is breathtaking and very clean. However, I got charged 6 nights for valet taxes and fees on only a 3 night stay. If I wasn’t aware of that they would’ve never said anything. When checking out that was a huge turn off for me. I’m also very upset because before booking this hotel I called regarding the Disney transportation which this is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel I asked what’s your operating hours for shuttle and do you follow all parks special events I was told yes - I even expressed I’m going to the mickeys Halloween party where event ended at 12 and wouldn’t want to be stranded I was told not to worry and shuttles are available. I go and the shuttle stops at 9 and the times are one hour slots. Disney hotels it’s every 5 mins and they truly go by the parks correct hours. This was very frustrating because I had to pay for transportation and parking at the park one night. (would’ve rather stayed at Disney hotel for price)

Just WOW from the minute we steeped a foot inside the property! Its really one of those places where the price matches the facilities and actually looks like the pictures. Absolutely, a fantastic experience! Definitely, coming back!!

Fantastic beach pool!
We booked this hotel because of the amazing beach pool, it truly is spectacular! The hotel itself is clean and modern and very friendly staff. The hotel is a bit out of the busy areas/touristy areas which is great to get away from the action but if you want to go out for dinner, you need to drive a bit. We loved their pool bar food and they had delicious drinks! The hotel is part of Evermore so it was nice to have access to the different amenities, during our stay. If the weather cooperated a bit more, we would have spent more time at the beach pool! Great stay.

Hotel not ready for prime time. Facilities can’t support the number of guests. Can’t get a beach lounger. Can’t have breakfast unless you wait 1-2 hours. In room dining food quality great but everything is cold. Rooms are beautiful but lots of little bugs. Lagoon super. There is no reason why any outside guests should be in the hotel at all. the hotel is not that big to be able to support guests and Outside guests as well.
