First time Snowbirds!
Remote area, quiet with friendly neighbors. Needs new pool chairs at the communal pool. Heater on private pools was not heated. If we needed anything we were able to communicate easily and promptly responded. Definitely would like to be back!!!

Nicely themes Disney home near everything!
Stayed at David’s townhome with my 2 kids, fur baby & husband. We were about 16 miles from Disney resort. Close to Walmart, Starbucks, Lowe’s, Dunkin’ & plenty of dining options. This home is really fully stocked!

Excellent theme Townhouse . All necessities were provided and home was clean . Location was great and the area was quiet . I had trouble working with front door keypad due to numbers not showing up properly . Enjoyed my stay .

This property is beautiful inside. Owner has done an amazing job to give you the disney feel. Our granddaughter loved the heated plung pool. Very close to disney and lots of other things to do. Owner is very responsive. We loved the pancake maker

Affordable and well maintained
Really enjoyed our stay during thanksgiving week. House is well supplied and clean. We did not enjoy the screened in pool since it was too cold and never made it to the community pool. Host was very clear in communications and didn’t have issues we needed to contact them over. Our kids loved the decor and called it the “Mickey Mouse House” the whole trip. We also appreciated the baby proofing on the stairs. It helped us sleep easier with the kids across the hall. Neighborhood is very quiet and secluded.

Our stay was a bit different as we were staying here with our daughter and her husband and our 1year old grandson before Disney . We had reservations right at the Disney Resort when we were traveling to the parks but this was a get together before all of us did Disney. Owner was great with communication we loved the child friendly accommodations . It’s Disney so most people don’t spend a lot of time at the house. We rent VRBOS a lot I will say the carpet is stained. The hairdryer in the downstairs bathroom does not work. The screen by the splash pool needs repair. We also tried to run the dishwasher and the soap dispenser doesn’t open up to clean the dishes . I think that’s just managing the property issues but overall we enjoyed our stay just think it’s important for others and the owner to understand that further up keep is needed

This was our first time coming to Disney. We wanted a little more space than a hotel room and this home delivered on the full Disney experience. Close to all the parks and many restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again!

It was just right
My & my spouse enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was right there. Close to grocery stores & amusements. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much because of the rain in Florida but other than that every thing was perfect. My husband loves Harry Potter, so I bet you can guess what room we stayed in and were in the most.

Family Universal trip
The house was accurately represented in pics and description. It was very well stocked with cooking basics and all the supplies needed. Beds were comfortable and the pools were an amazing plus on a hot day. (Plunge pool and community pool). Host was quick to reply to any questions. We were about 45 minutes from Universal. Our teenage Harry Potter fan loved her themed bedroom!

Great Value for Money
This townhouse is great value for money – 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open-plan living room/kitchen-diner and a plunge pool for less per night than the cheapest Disney hotel room! The Mickey Mouse theme throughout (and Harry Potter bedroom) was brilliant and definitely enhanced our Disney holiday. Overall cleanliness was great, the house was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed and more! This was our first time staying off Disney property and we would definitely stay here again, although it is worth noting that the drive to Disney can vary from 30 minutes to over an hour at peak times. As much as we enjoyed our stay, I do have some feedback:- The carpets on the stairs and in the bedrooms, although obviously clean, were heavily stained, the dark wooden bedroom furniture bore many obvious chips and scrapes and (only noticed on the day of checkout) the bedside drawers in the twin bedroom are missing a handle and don’t close properly. I appreciate that, as a rental property, these all get heavily used but I’ve not stayed in a rental that’s looked this worn before. Perhaps an update with more rental-friendly flooring and bedroom furniture is due? Also the deadbolt/chain on the front door was missing and there was no physical Welcome Book (just a notice to say it can be found on the Air B&B listing, not helpful when you’ve booked through Vrbo!). None of this detracted from our stay but would certainly have enhanced it.
