Disgraceful.

Overall the stay was okay for my family, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable but if you stay in a double bed room, the beds are TINY. Very uncomfortable for two people to fit in one bed. We had a football tournament and advised our teammates to stay with us, bad idea. They were on a different floor and the front desk clerk gave some random person a room key at 2 am. A mother and her children woke up to a strange person in their room. They confronted the front desk and asked for cooperates number and they advised they don’t have one. Absolutely ridiculous, I would not stay again for that reason alone. Not only am I embarrassed for being the one that advised them they book here but the staff should be as well.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was decent but not worth $18 per person. Unfortunately, the 3rd floor hallway smelled horrible, very similar to cat urine. Also, had a standard king room which didn’t include a mini fridge…requested one but it was never delivered and no courtesy call to let me know I wouldn’t be getting one.

The property is old. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom smells of mold. There were no amenities in the room. No refrigerator.
