We have stayed in Orlando over a dozen times and this was by far the best location. The staff created a first class experience with their service and attention to detail. It was like staying in the Caribbean but being a few miles away from Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter. We will be back to celebrate the New Year in less than 12 months

Wonderful resort

Amazing resort. Everyone had a great time and the property is beautiful. The units are brand new, modern and clean. The customer service was exceptional. The kids (age 9 and 10) loved the heated pool with the large slide. Only critique is the 4 bedroom flat didn’t have a bathtub in any of the 3 bathrooms. Not an issue for my party but could be for others traveling with small children.

We had the most enjoyable stay!!! What a magnificient property. We stayed in the villas, which was awesome. The pool had so many activities. The food options were great. The location is so great as it is close to Disney, but you feel like you are worlds away!!! We will be booking again as it is totally majestic!

Evermore Resort has potential, but it’s clear they’re still figuring things out. The rooms on Clutch Court are spacious but outdated. The resort concept feels underdeveloped, with not enough kid-friendly activities and subpar food in the cafeteria. Paying extra for cabanas and ice cream in winter seems unnecessary, especially at their prices. The lagoon went unused due to the cold weather, and despite claims, the view of Disney fireworks is either nonexistent or very distant. Needs improvement to justify the cost.

Overpriced and Underwhelming Experience I recently stayed at this property for four nights and I am beyond disappointed. The cost was an outrageous $9,000, and I expected at least a decent level of service for that price. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, there was no room service, no trash pickup, and they never cleaned our room even once. I had to deal with dirty towels and an unkempt room throughout my stay, which is completely unacceptable for the price we paid. It felt more like I was camping than enjoying a luxury getaway. The so-called “artificial lake/bay” was nice, but it certainly didn’t justify the exorbitant cost. Additionally, the on-site restaurants were a letdown. They offered limited food choices at prices that were just as ridiculous as the room rate. To top it all off, the customer service was abysmal. Staff seemed indifferent to our complaints and concerns, which only added to the frustration of our stay. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. It’s not worth your hard-earned money. Save yourself the headache and look for a better option elsewhere!
