Reserved 2 queen beds. Was assigned a room with 1 king. Took about 15 mins to get resolved. Then, due to that issue, our wifi wouldn’t work. Had to visit the front desk again and spent another 10 mins trying to resolve that issue. Meanwhile the front desk clerk typed away without giving any update or communication. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was nice. Bed felt like sleeping on a bench.

Great place, but...
Excellent (new?) hotel. Good service, average (but fine) free breakfast, very clean, comfortable room. Our only complaint was the need to pay $12.25 to self-park outside in a normal parking lot. I normally wouldn't complain (just spent $50 in Tampa the day before), but this is a hotel in wide open suburbia with loads of parking spaces. It felt like a money grab and we weren't very happy at this. Now that you've been informed, and if you're okay with the odd money grab, it's an excellent place to stay.

The place is very nice and comfortable. The only issues I had was that the water pressure seemed a little low...at least for my preference, and I am also not a fan of being charged to park at a hotel. They charge $10.00/night to park, and I believe we pay enough for the hotel that this shouldn't be an extra charge. I'll try to find some other place next time that doesn't charge for parking.

Very clean, a great lobby. The location is excellent for visiting Laureate Park or the City of Orlando—close to theme parks, and good parking. Rooms are a bit small, but overall, great value and nice location,

We booked this hotel through Expedia and everything was ok until I received a ticket on my rental that they charge for parking while you stay there!!! First of all we are from ny and have traveled to Florida numerous times and never heard of paying for parking with the hotel you’re staying at We were there for my nieces wedding and was told by my niece that the wedding party is not supposed to pay for parking but because we didn’t know that they told me at the front desk that they couldn’t do anything Very disappointed especially that The Hilton is so well known What are they going broke that we had to pay for parking!!!

Another guest was given a key that happened to open the room I was staying in with my niece that is a minor. We both were laying in bed when two guys just randomly opened the door, I went down to the lobby and was told they could do nothing for me because I booked on Expedia. We were just given new room keys and a rather pathetic apology.
