TV didn't work in the room. The receptionist was kind enough to move us to another room. After we moved, then we realized that the AC didn't work. There was just the box without any thermostat to control the air. Uncomfortable night! We checked out at 9:30 to go to the funerals we traveled for.

Checked in to meet some friends for a concert. Front desk was less than friendly when we asked for rooms near each other. Toilet doesn’t end up working in our suite. We have to go downstairs and get new keys and no just change rooms but also completely different floors. Elevator was super creepy. Hilton really needs to do something about the construction and how it effects their guests.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the TV channel selection was nice. Overall a wonderful experience!

Clean rooms, hot showers, cold A/C, great breakfast. Downfall is that you have to pay to park. When you stay there in order to be close to the hospital, I disagree with having to pay to park

We registered at this hotel because it was close to the children's hospital where our grandson was having a surgery. Due to this fact, we didn't have time to read the rules such as you needed to let them know at the time of registration that you wanted your room cleaned every day. Shouldn't this be the other way around that if you don't want your room cleaned every day you should notify them?
