We stayed 4 days. Day one we basically arrived from a flight and went to sleep. Waking up to shower, the shower head had a loud “eek” sound that doesn’t go away while in use. The second night comes around and when we get into bed I notice a dry blood stain that isn’t from any of us. I over looked it when we first arrived because we arrived tired. I then get ready for a morning shower to have the water run for 20min and no hot water. I end up having to take cold showers before our park days. When we came back from the parks the refill for in room coffee was different every time. We were lucky if we got 2 regular coffees. It would be a mix of 2 decaf and 1 regular. Also the website shows they offer a shuttle to the parks complimentary but it only takes to universal studio parks and Epcot park. Also the bus takes off from hotel at 9:30a and picks up at parks at 9pm ONLY. We ended up doing Uber to not lose time on trying to figure out how to get to AK, MK, and HS from Epcot parking. It’s our first time ever to WDW so we didn’t want to play that game. The elevator was also not working on one of the mornings and we had to use the stairs to get to lobby level. We only ate once at the breakfast and the food was good.

I did not appreciate being told I had to pay $30 for parking at a hotel I was already paying for. The mattresses need to be replaced as they are dented from use, the showers handle was broken, the head was separated from the wall. Overall very disappointing

It was OK for one night. Dated and not great upkeep. Arrived really late. No shower curtain in bathroom, bed squeezed when moving on it, AC unit was loud and rattling the whole night. Probably wouldn’t stay there again, unfortunately.

A Quick Pre-christmas retreat
We spent a couple nights here to experience Magical Christmas and checkout some of the resorts. Hotel was fine, the only issue I had was parking, not well lit and there are so many hotels jammed together. The only had two handicap parking spots.

When we arrived to the door of our room, the keys would not work. Went to front desk to inform the staff, the attendant said a maintenance person would meet us at the room. We waited over 10 minutes for the maintenance person. I went down to inform the attendant that we were still waiting. When the maintenance person arrived, he could not fix the door. My wife and I went to dinner and we were told it would be fixed by the time we returned. It was not fixed. We had to wait again to be admitted to our room for the night. The attendant said the door would be fixed in the morning. We were told there were no other room options that night. When booking the room before tonight, I was expecting Breakfast to be provide. I asked the attendant when the breakfast hours are and he said the times but also pointed out that I had not purchased the breakfast option. This is how I learned what “breakfast available” means when booking. The attendant did offer free breakfast to compensate which I did accept. In the morning, we took showers but the water pressure, especially the hot water, was barely working. So our showers were not hot or pleasant. We went out for the day and returned after 11pm and the room door still didn’t work. I informed the evening attendant and we waited another 10 plus minutes to be let in to our room again. We did finally get one working key before the night ended. I did not like that I had to pay $58 dollars to park on the property for 2 nights as a paying guest.

Wow pay to park on site
Had to pay for parking 17-27$ .No one should pay for parking if youre a paying guest at the hotel . The breakfast was amazing and the chef was extremely friendly.
