Amenities were great! I can't say enough about the staff. Very attentive and friendly. The carpets throughout our floor were very work and had areas of shredding. It becomes a safety issue as I almost fell tripping over the loose carpet.

This was the second time staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort and whilst we had a fantastic stay in Orlando the service from the Housekeeping department, the first day we did not get cleaning service at all then the second day they said we had the “do not disturb on the door”we certainly did not - We’d left at 9am and had left the tip for cleaning the room! When I called down to say they couldn’t care less is an understatement! Shame as the hotel staff who do care are exceptional m. Probably won’t give them another chance as there are much more modern hotels offering better services for less nearby. Really is a shame as it’s got fantastic views from all the rooms.
