When we checked into our room you could hardly breathe. The room smelled as if they had just fumigated it. The window could not be open to air it out. We were travelling with family and their room smelled just as bad

Decent place for the price you pay

Hotel room was very clean, done really well! Only things I didn't like was the check in process was a little tedious, the ATM machine wasn't working, and the vending machines were empty. Breakfast options were also limited. However, the room made up for it in terms of comfortability and cleanliness. If you're visiting for Universal Studios and you need a place to stay but don't care about the small details, you don't need to look further.

El desayuno fue bueno, tienen variedad y todo esta limpio, la recepcionista también muy amable , pero lo quesi no estuvo acorde a mi gusto es que se siente todo los movimientos de la habitación de arriba y eso impidió el descanso en la tranquilidad de la media noche y a primeras horas del dia. Cuando regrese pedire una habitación en el 3er piso.

The hotel needs an upgrade asap. The hall carpets are very dirty. In the new building people slam doors all the time and we cannot rest, so we were changed to a room in the old buildings that was less noisy. The breakfast could be better a least with a better presentation that attract the guests.

For the price point I paid for myself and my young son to stay for our Universal weekend, this property was excellent. It isn’t the most modern and updated hotel, but our room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was very happy to see a fridge and microwave. The shower pressure was excellent and I saw no cleanliness issues. The Universal shuttle bus, outdoor pool and free breakfast was very nice too. Overall an excellent budget friendly choice for a quick 3-day stay for the parks.

I would not choose to stay here again. The check-in staff was unprofessional, and the property appeared worn and outdated. The room was excessively humid and had an unpleasant odor. It’s better to spend a little more and book elsewhere.
