It was okay but definitely not a great value. I wouldn’t stay here again personally. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged, the tub looked kinda dirty, trash cans outside were overflowing. Definitely times the property smelled loud (if you know what I mean). We were also on the 5th floor and there were definitely some animals either living on the roof or in the walls and we could hear them constantly.

Great for even just one night!

We used this resort to stay one night only after flying into Orlando. It was great to have separate bedrooms for us and plenty of space to relax in our 2 bedroom. The grounds looked fun. We will keep this Hilton resort in mind for future visits.

When we first arrived it was confusing. There’s a gate guard that verifies you have reservations which is great. But then we were given very strange instructions. It made me feel like we were part of a cleaning crew or something that wasn’t welcome through the front door. We were told since the reservations were in my name then my husband needed to drop me off and I had to go in by myself. When I was done he was to drive back around and pick me up…we were there on vacation to relax but didn’t seem very welcoming. As soon as I get to the counter I let them know the reservations are in my name but the person they said to wait in the car was the person paying….they said “once we get you checked in, you can go out and he can come in to pay” this didn’t go over well with me so I called my husband and had him park the truck and come in to the EMPTY lobby! I’ve never felt like a lower person that the way that made me feel. We might as well have been beggars being asked not to come in. The room was decent but the humidity level inside the room was too high. I figured it was normal for the area but my parents room on the floor above us was not that way. It was so severe our bed felt wet when we got in it. We didn’t have neighbors until a few nights into our stay. There isn’t a sound guard at all. It’s only one door between to joining rooms and it creates a magnifying sound when kids are bouncing in the next room.There should be double doors on the joining rooms that cut sound.

We loved this resort. The rooms were super clean. I couldn’t find one piece of dirt anywhere. It was so comfortable that we felt like we were home. We had everything we needed in our apartment. The water was so much fun even for the adults. The only down side to this hotel is that you have to wear a wristband for all of the activities. Which means if you are celebrating a bday like we were you can only invite a certain amount of people or have your guests rent a room so that they can get wristbands. And the rooms do need an upgrade because the furniture is old. But other than that I will stay here again.

Front Desk 1) Each guest should be engaged like a 2ft rule see a guest , greet them or say hello! Ground staff 1) not engaged House keeping totally not engaged and Mediocre service ! Bar staff and Pool staff! Very friendly and respectful and engaged, you got 3 stars because of that ! Hilton team ! Need more training overall ! Besides giving a piece Of paper at the front desk, explain everything in detail , some guests are visual learners!! We ordered Pizza from an outside vendor on the day of the storm and the pizza delivery person came to the front desk and asked or enquired with my name which is the same as the reservation and none of the front desk helped the pizza delivery person we got the pizza after 2 hours all They had to do was look up the name and match it to the reservation and give directions to the pizza delivery person , instead the pizza delivery person took 2 hours to find the room # and he had trouble speaking English poor guy, !! Just 3 stars barely ! At this time I am not recommending the property The time share personnel was very friendly and totally engaging! Yay !!
