Hotel has a great location and front desk staff is helpful. Rooms are clean and include a safe. There is an iron and ironing board. TV has limited channels. Some items like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were not always available. If your room is on the second or third floor then you have to carry your bags up the stairs as there is no elevator. Rooms need a little better lighting and one additional floor lamp will fix this. Breakfast is good and includes eggs, roasted potatoes, waffles (make your own using batter), coffee/tea, cereal, oatmeal (sometimes), cupcakes and juices. Breakfast area is small and can get crowded. There is a lot of free parking (parking tag needed)

Parking is horrible, not enough parking. The rooms don’t have basic amenities like conditioner, lotion, or tissues even though there is a holder The rooms aren’t tended to daily, not enough trash. The breakfast area cannot hold guests. Guests act like animals. Next to a helicopter pad for tours so it is super noisy. The rooms smell stale and old.

I had to book this reservation last minute. Felt like I was overcharged for what I received. The elevator at this location doesn’t work. Had to carry six pieces of luggage up two flights of stairs to the third floor. The location is noisy, right next to a helicopter launching area and there is classical/opera singing blasting 24/7 from a speaker somewhere, not sure why. Was only able to use the luggage cart when I checked in because the man working the front desk was nice enough to pull it out of the storage room for me. Rooms were clean but gave off a Motel 6 vibe with cheap/ikea like MDF furniture. Walls are super thin. They put me in a room with an adjoining door even though the party on the other side of the door was not traveling with me. I could hear them talking, the baby crying, and their TV through the walls. The breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast potatoes had a body odor after taste. I had to spit them out. I like that they had a waffle iron but waffle iron looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time which made me think that the waffle mix dispenser also hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The orange juice tasted diluted and as if the machine hadn’t been cleaned in awhile as well because it had a strange after taste. This hotel also uses styrofoam cups and plates which aren't environmentally friendly. I'm also giving a low rating for environmental impact of the styrofoam.

There is a business nearby that blasts opera music all night. You can hear a man and woman sing opera all night. The walls are paper thin so you hear them well. I turned up the a/c so it would drown them out. The elevator doesn't work. The breakfast options were meh. The room was ok but there very few outlets to plug in a charger. I stayed Tuesday through Sunday. Housekeeping only came by on Thursday. Just one time. They made the bed. That's it. To get new towels and wash cloths I had to go to the front desk. They acted like it was a bother to help me. There's also no body wash in the shower. Just a shampoo dispenser and a spot where the body wash was supposed to hang. When I asked about that they gave me two.tiny tubes of body wash. I went to a nearby store and bought my own. The door to the room didn't even fit in the doorframe. It wasn't big enough in the frame and you could see outside around the edge on the side where the doorknob was. The location is great and convenient. That was the only positive. I would definitely not stay here again.

Rooms clean but for three people. Get two wash cloths every other day. Next breakfast was so crowded you could not move and food ran out. Waffle machine was mostly used holding up line. No place to sit. And the worst was music playing 24/7 from store next to hotel. It was some music that sounded like who knows what. Some other language so bad we checked out early. Watch out for gators in pond. Don’t stay there. Elevator out also. We are crippled. Had to walk stairs.
