Me hospedé en el Developer Inn Highway y tuve una experiencia mixta. Al hacer el check-in el sábado, no recibimos ninguna explicación sobre el hotel o sus servicios, lo que generó confusión. Además, el domingo tuvimos problemas con la llave, ya que la persona que nos atendió en el check-in solo la habilitó por un día. Afortunadamente, Alex fue muy amable y nos ayudó con esto; incluso noté que él sí se tomaba el tiempo para explicar todo a otros huéspedes, algo que yo hubiera apreciado al llegar. Por otro lado, el domingo no limpiaron nuestra habitación, lo cual fue decepcionante. El desayuno dejó mucho que desear, con poca variedad. Particularmente el martes, solo había huevo disponible, así que no pudimos desayunar. Definitivamente hay áreas de mejora, especialmente en la atención al cliente y la calidad del desayuno.
