Hands down one of the worst stays of my traveling life.. paid for an upgraded room(just so it would have a fridge/microwave which it didnt) once I arrived I walked into a filthy room. Stains on the sheets and every step was sticky and an ac unit that was a jet engine yet still a cool 79 the whole time. When I asked about the issue I was literally yelled at and told told what do you expect were over booked and you got here 4 hours after check in.. Sadly I had no choice but to deal with it due to the need for work. Was then woken up at 4:37 am to a screaming child which I wouldn't mind if it would have stopped but it proceeded to happen(sometimes for an hour straight. ) my entire stay. Once brought to attention I was told that it was a hotel staff members family and nothing could be done. Top it off on Saturday the fire alarm went off for over an hour and was told it was a malfunction.. Add in working at a Major festival for 13 hours a day for 4 days you'd probably understand my frustration. And at the end of it all I was offered a 40$ credit but couldn't receive it because I booked through Expedia and apparently the hotel can't refund a room when you use them. For the live of God dont fall for the decent prices found out the hard way why that was a good deal . ,

This is the worse hotel room I have ever stayed in. The floor was sticky, there was dirt and fuzzballs stuck to the floor, there was pieces of hair in the sink. The humidity level was out of control, after sleeping for the night, woke up to all our clothing laid out on the other bed to be all wet! The icemaker was broken, the hallway was dirty with wrappers, and huge dust balls.

You get what you pay for
Family decided to book a last minute weekend away. Pleased that the price was reasonable bordering on cheap, but quickly figured out why upon check in. Walls were filthy, and there were bugs in the bathroom and floor, which was sticky, and the overpowering smell of weed permeated throughout the entire building. Loud conversations outside woke us up, as well as someone deciding to ride a dirt bike all over the property. The only positive thing I can think of was a pleasant staff. This was our first and absolute last time ever staying here.

I understand is a cheap motel but at least must be clean. I do not expect 5 start resort because I did not pay for that. But cleanliness must be a standard.

Nightmare!
Upon arrival there was one person completing check ins. The other which I believe to be the Manager was just standing around. They were very rude and unprofessional and waited till we were done with the check in process to have us sign a waiver stating we could not ask for a refund if they lost power. The room was disgusting dust everywhere, piles of dust behind the bed, dirty sheets, roaches climbing on and around the microwave. We brought our own cleaning supplies and had to wipe down walls, clean the bathroom and wipe the floors with Clorox wipes. The floor was filthy! We booked a room with a fridge and microwave and they stated they could not guarantee a fridge would be in the room. Black mold in the vents and around the toilet. The hallway wreaked of marijuana and cigarettes and we booked a non smoking room. The front lobby was a hangout and the Manager was friendly with all the people just hanging around the front lobby area. I went down to request another pillow and blanket. As I was speaking to the front desk clerk who was very rude and began asking us if we had a pet with us and was refusing to give us another blanket, the Manager is asking from the back “what’s the problem” The manager came and snatched the blanket from her and brought us to the 2nd floor, gave me a balled up blanket. This is the worst service I have ever received in hospitality. I work hand in hand with hospitality on a regular basis as a state worker and this was unacceptable service.

Everything was clean, nice room and bed. I didn't like that the room next to me they were vaping in the room and we was smelling everything in oir room, i went to the front desk to ask if I can changed the room and the lady of the front desk told me that they don't change room just because of that, I have to talk with her and after that she give us another room.
