Great place. Wonderful staff. Front desk Johanna is amazing. She was helpful and accommodating and always reached out to us to ensure that everything was well and that we had what we needed. Location is very convenient and close to the theme parks. Great amenities as well. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was really good. The only thing that I would suggest is not to push the customers for timeshare presentation. People go for vacation. They don't have time for a 2 hour plus presentation at a different location. And if people are not interested in attending the presentation, please don't be rude about it. The person that was trying to sell us the presentation was nice, but after we said we don't want to go, he was rude about it. That's the only negative I have. Everything else - totally top notch!

One of the best for a Florida vacation
I have stayed at many hotels, some 4 and 5 star resorts that didn't come close to this. Not only was the room much larger than I had expected, everything about the room, the resort and front desk was great. This is honestly the first hotel I had ever gotten a decent night sleep.

I had an exceptional vacation at the Hilton Vacation Polynesian Isles Kissimmee Florida and I look forward to returning in the future. I Hhghly recommended this resort. My stay was enjoyable and relaxing. The room was very clean and beds well made. There were plenty of towels and all the amenities I could have hoped for, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, working TV in each room and the living area. WiFi and cable TV access that worked. These thoughtful touches made my stay feel like a true home away from home I highly recommend this place. The grounds were absolutely impeccable, workmen were seen daily caring for the landscaping and facilities. The staff were professional, courteous and greeted you whenever you passed by. I felt both comfortable and safe throughout my visit, which is always a top priority for me. The location is ideal as I found Public, Dollar Tree, Outlet Stores, McDonalds, Wendys, Texas Roadhouse, Starbucks, WalMart, Ross and many other eateries and stores for shopping within a 5minute to 15 minute drive.

Excellent value for money in convenient location
We were very happy with the size of the apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed, with a couple of unexepcted nice touches. There were plenty of towels. Site security and reception were always pleasant and helpful. The swimming pool and spa area we used was clean. We used it mainly as a base for days out but there are plenty of activity options on site. We would stay again.
