The property was very conveniently located, and the rooms were clean and quiet. The restaurant also served very good food for a hotel! My only complaint is that the parking situation was annoying. Too many vehicles (parked for reasons unknown) resulted in having to park quite far away.

Bugs in Room

We normally stay here the night before we fly out for Costa Rica, and this is at least our 4th stay here. Normally I am very impressed with the comfort and quality of the room, which is why we have always returned. This stay I saw a tiny bug on the nightstand when we got there, and I thought it was a fluke, and killed it and moved on. Then, when we woke up very early the next morning for our flight, I went to make a coffee in the room, and there were hundreds of tiny bugs by the coffee maker. It totally freaked me out, and disappointed me for the price point of the hotel, I don’t think I should have to share a room with bugs. We checked out super early and took the shuttle to the airport, so there wasn’t anyone even really at the front desk to notify of the issue. I hate leaving an unpleasant review, because we have always loved this hotel for our airport stays, but not sure we will return.

Flight was very late. Shuttle picked us up in 5 minutes at 2:00 in the morning. Driver and desk clerk were happy and upbeat. Offered us waters and we were in our room in minutes. 5 Star service. Highly recommend.
