It was a nice hotel, our room smelled musty but I figured it out in the middle of the night, there was carpet that was quite wet in one area. My friend didn’t smell it so I didn’t contact the front desk until check out the next day. They probably would have switched rooms for us.

Great time for an overnight stay. Hotel is in walking distance to everything. Little throw back by the outdated toilet in the bathroom. Very worn out. And the A/ac unit was a little on the noisy side. Worked great, just noisy. Besides that, great room, really comfortable. Already looking at coming back in the near future.

Anniversary get away
Took a long time to get checked in because we had requested a top floor on line. 45 minutes. I am a light sleeper. She really tried to get top floor, which we had requested almost a week earlier. There was none avaliable. So we were sent to 4th floor which seemed ok. But when my husband opened the door there was a man standing there in his underware. We apologized and went back to desk rather imbarrased. She apologized to and gave us a room on 3rd floor. It was ok, not so clean. Dark and dingy, but there was group of student's so no sleep for next 2 nights. Ants were on the nightstand. Glad there was no food. The 2nd night was so loud that there was no sleeping. Went and asked again for top floor and there was one available so that we got some rest at last. The shower (tub) was backed up so u had to stand in the water. The sink was also backed up. Ants also on the night stand there. The outside was beautiful and lights on the trees was so pretty. This was our 1st time going on an anniversary vacation. No lotion, so i asked cleaning lady and she said they dont have. It was kind of rough for our stay. Cant attach photos, guess that part is under repair.

Not Buckingham Palace but a very nice place
I’ve stayed here a few times before. It’s right by Disney Springs and all the other hotels so it’s in a nice location, has a security booth outside which adds safety. The times I’ve stayed here have really just been for one night while I’m doing other things as long as the price is good then it’s a good hotel

Excellent value for money at this hotel I stay here often when we are in the Disney area for a day or two and not planning to do the park The proximity to Disney Springs and other dining options is excellent They seem to be continually restoring and upgrading the property.

Best Value in the area
We stay in the Orlando area often for the theme parks. This is the best hotel in the area for the price. My only complaints are that the bar closed at 10AM and the store for snacks and drinks was closed when we tried to go to get a beer around midnight.
