Great location, poor communication
My husband and I were meeting our daughter and 2 year old granddaughter at the property for her first trip to Disney. They arrived late at night, the night before us. The check-in instructions we were given only had the gate code to enter the condo complex...no door code or key. We made several calls, emails and texts for assistance in getting into the unit. The property manager did not answer and did not return my voicemails or messages. The management company did not answer or return our calls. Finally we had to send our daughter and granddaughter to a hotel for the night instead. They had no car and it was after midnight. We finally got in touch with the management company the following day and were given the access codes. In addition to this, there was no information in the unit as to how to access the pools and water park. You needed information (access code for the pool) and procedures for the water park, but we had to reach out for this information as it was not anywhere in the unit.
That said, the location to Disney, the unit, the water park and the area were all great!
The management company is letting a great property slip due to lack of attention to details.
