I would not recommend for family. It’s a motel. Not well lit at night. There are hotels around the area for about the same price or cheaper that offer breakfast and front desk personal other than just checking someone in.

I never stayed here... i was in orlando as i was driving from virginia.. I needed a place to stay so i booked this hotel while driving on highway.. after i booked i called the hotel.. they told me this reservation was for 26th-27th and it was 25th when i booked it.. i just needed a place to sleep for the night of 25th.. they said i would have to call expedia and try to get them to refund my money.. they guy i talked to from expedia said i would have to pay a $150 cancelation fee.. the room was less than cancelation fee and i purchased trip insurance .. even worse after i read the rating on the seasons room i saw some bad reviews so i went and booked a second room for same night at a different hotel.. and they did the same thing to me.. i ended up going to the 2nd location i booked and paid another $180 for a room for the night on top of the money i paid for the next day or shall we say 26th same day.. i called expedia again explained the situation and they said they would call the hotels and try to get me a refund for both locations ... expedia sent me two emails today saying they cant honor the refund and I had trip insurance i purchased with both reservations. this was a horrible experience for me ... I will never use expedia again and tell everyone i know not to use expedia for any travel at all. The travel insurance is a scam and so is expedia

A Place to Sleep, but not much else.
Well... It is a hotel, but Resort... Not really. It was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The elevator was nice. But no room service ever came. We got towels once from the front desk, but latter they were closed and the doors were locked. The TV Remote died, but we couldn't get ahold of anyone. The pool was supposed to be heated, but after a few minutes I knew what the people on the Titanic felt like, so the pool was unusable. Then I was trying to get ice for my cooler, and the maid lady (who never came to our room) said only one ice bucket was allowed and you couldn't fill your cooler, because the ice machine couldn't keep up. The pop machine was also broke. I mean it is a freaking hotel, and I have to keep my food cold and I have more than will fit in the little tiny fridge. Also the hotel safe was broken so I had no place to lockup my firearm. We finally just left a day early and went to another hotel. They would not give us a refund for the extra day. If you are broke and need a place to sleep it is okay, but a "Resort" it is not.

As a New Yorker, I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere of this Florida hotel. The comfortable accommodations felt like a home away from home, offering a relaxing escape from the city's hustle. Facility was nice looks good from outside. Our room 123 had old furniture, so much so I felt we went on a time travel to the past. I can say the room was clean and smelled clean.

My family enjoyed staying at this resort! It was perfect for our amusement park adventure. We would come back in the near future if this was a vacation we wanted to do again! The rooms were a perfect size very clean and the staff were very helpful.
