The hotel is dated, the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom . The room is a comfortable and roomy. The nice surprise was that there is a spa inside the hotel & that was a nice option during the passing of the hurricane. The location of the hotel is close to the parks and there are dining options close by as well.

Staff is very helpful they are kind of people who want you to have a good stay but Sheraton isn't investing anything into this building it's falling apart and needs a lot of work and it's a shame to see just half mile from Disney.

Stayed here for a week in mid september 2024 . Pools were good with water slide open wed to sunday. Housekeeping was terrible as i had to request for towels and toilet roll. Beds made twice in 7 day stay . Floors never hovered furing stay. Very expensive hotel for food . Ants everywhere in sunning area around pool . 2 star out of 5 in my opinion .
