My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, I had to pay for parking, which was frustrating considering lack of parking spaces available and the overall quality of the stay. When I got to my room, it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was a lighter sitting next to the sofa, blue stains on the bedsheets, and strands of hair left in the sink. Completely unacceptable. Early the next morning, I was woken up by extremely loud noise in the hallway. Several workers were taping the walls and laying plastic on the floor, extremely loud with no regard for guests trying to sleep. To make things worse, the pool was closed due to construction—something that was not mentioned ahead of time. One of the main amenities I planned to use wasn’t even available. When I went down to the market area to buy something, the front desk was completely unattended. Meanwhile, the security guard was sitting by the door watching something on his phone at full volume, not even acknowledging guests. Overall, this stay was a complete letdown. Between the lack of cleanliness, the noise, unavailable amenities, and unprofessional staff, I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was wonderful from the minute we checked in, the housekeeping staff was outstanding flexible and went out the way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I’m sorry I can’t remember names, but the young lady who took care of us on the second floor. We were in room 214. She was amazing very courtesy professional. The young lady in the dining area was also amazing professional courtesy they made us really feel welcome. Welcome to the entire staff. We are thank you my wife and I would recommend and stay there on our next trip to Orlando. Thank you very much everybody.

I was able to check in early which was so appreciated, and the airport shuttle was great! The room was excellent and very spacious. The indoor pool was closed, which was one of the amenities that drew me to this hotel. There is no vending machines so you have to buy items from the market, and it is so overpriced. The staff was very friendly and helpful, just wish we would have had some things to do while staying for the day.
