Nice stay but with a poor check-in experience

The stay was nice and Sheraton has the necessary services provided for a relaxing stay, how ever check-in experience was very poor. We had pre-booked a kingssize suite, however the staff checked us in to the smallest room availble with a poor excuse of “not havinh a sofabed availble at the moment”. We had to complaint and document our reservation to get the right room and the personel did’nt even apologise for the mistake. Felt like we we’re just some dumb turist. Not a nice way to start our vacation.

Check in was fine , they gave us a room on 2nd floor right across from the elevator so it has been non stop noise. The outlets by the bed don’t work and we need our devices for travel tomorrow and updates etc. I called reception they sent maintenance who said well there’s nothing I can do about that and left. No follow up from the front desk . I requested the airport shuttle in the morning, one of the reasons I chose this hotel, and was told it’s full I can get an uber.

Our room overlooked the indoor pool with lights blaring all night. We checkecyin after midnight and when I asked where to park. Not once did the worker say anything about a parking pass. I woke up to a ticket and when I asked him about it, his response was I can’t help you. The sofa bed was like an o ch thick and was noisy rubber. 0/10 for me even tho we were there less that 4 hours.

Me gustó mucho, los cuartos son excelentes, el personal es increíble, la comodidad de la transportación al aeropuerto, la comida muy buena, es sumamente seguro caminar en los alrededores, a 10 minutos caminado hay lugares para comer, cobran el estacionamiento normalmente no voy a hoteles que lo cobren, pero este me gustó y esta vez no alquile auto así que no fue un problema, los choferes son excelentes, lo único que no me gustó fueron las que trabajan en la barra, son bien malcriadas y en la piscina el desorden hasta tarde al igual en los pasillos, pero eso no es culpa de la propiedad si la gente no se sabe comportar.

The property was dated and not advertised properly. The pictures are fake or altered. Extremely disappointed with our room. In our room. The basebords were coming off the wall and the carpet was dirty. The hotel ahould be ashamed that they sucker people with there professional pictures to lure families there. I opened the sofa bed and crums froms another stay fell put of the bed. I will be following up with the hotel for this.

The pool was very dirty. Our room was big but needed updated. The picture definitely make the rooms look nicer than they are. The only friendly person was the woman who checked us in.

Parking was easy, but you have to pay a separate company. They have a few small washers and dryers to use with quarters. We like to get a suite and provide most of our own food and drinks. This was easy here. Decent sized ‘fridge, small microwave- that’s all we really need
