Room in neglected shape. Main TV never worked for a week. Very unaccommodating staff. Cabana made a Gin drink without tonic and called it tonic; wouldn't replace. Never stepped foot in the cabana again, not any of the six adults in our party. Kitchen sink stunk but they did fix that. Can't believe they try to sell time shares here in a main lobby that has leak stains all over the ceiling. Yuk.

The hot tub was dirty on the bottom the pool I let them know that there was things floating on the bottom of the pool in the one off to the side and it was there for 7 days My room had no internet all week In the building I stayed in the floors in front of the elevators look like someone had spilt on the floor and did not get cleaned the 7 days I was there. Main floor and 2nd floor. The pressure to become a member was unreal. and made me want to leave the property as I did not want to run into those people again. I was thinking of being a member but after talking with people about their stay I would be think even harder

Clean rooms, spacious and quiet. The location is superb. Leave out the back gate and you will be entering Animal Kingdom in 5 minutes

This is a timeshare resort but the staff were not pushy at all. Very central to all of the things we wanted to do. All they ask is that you take out your garbage and clean up after yourself. If that's too much to ask then this place may not be for you.The room we were in was HUGE! Essentially a condo. When we come back to Florida for the parks, we will definitely look at staying here again. Wish we had more time. Probably would have bought.

Run down rooms. Needs to be refurbished. The furniture is banged up and worn, walls were dirty and scuffed up, window coverings were dusty, I could go on and on. Also, I didn’t when getting the room on Expedia that it’s a timeshare property. When you check in they start pressuring you to go to a presentation. Won’t ever go here again.
