From the large main living space that’s made for entertaining to the spacious bedrooms, this home makes an ideal home base for your Orlando stay! You’ll also appreciate the at-home conveniences like flat-screen TVs in each bedroom, free Wi-Fi and laundry with washer and dryer.

After a full day of sightseeing and theme parks, relax and unwind in the open living room with plenty of seating for everyone. It’s equipped with a leather sectional, several arm chairs and flat-screen TV. The loft area on the second floor offers a whole other hang-out space with another huge sectional couch, large flat-screen TV, foosball table and wet bar for serving up drinks.

Get your daily dose of vitamin D out on the screened lanai, which houses the swimming pool and hot tub. Dine al fresco under the covered patio or take an afternoon siesta in one of the lounge chairs.
**Optional pool and spa heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

No such thing as too many cooks in this sizeable kitchen – it’s fully-equipped with tons of prep space, cabinet space and stainless-steel appliances. The large center island is extra functional, offering a prep area, serving space and additional seating.

If you don’t feel like cooking, have some pizzas delivered and sit down around the massive 10-person dining room table for a casual, laid-back meal.

A gorgeous teal accent wall sets off the first bedroom, which offers a stately king bed and plenty of storage. The en-suite bath has tons of getting-ready space with double sinks, walk-in shower and soaking tub. It also offers an exterior door to the back patio, convenient for coming in from the pool.

Neutral and soothing, the second bedroom has a queen bed and large picture window. Tasteful beachy décor and warm blues and beiges adorn the third bedroom, which comes with a king bed and en-suite bath with double sinks and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has more pretty blue and green décor and a king bed, as well as en-suite bath with double sinks and walk- in shower.

Adorable and chic, the fifth bedroom features sweet Mickey and Minnie décor and two twin beds. It’s all about the sea in the nautical-themed sixth bedroom, offering a twin-over-full bunk bed. Muted masculine colors and a queen bed outfit the seventh bedroom, while the eighth bedroom has blue jewel tones and another queen bed. They share a jack-and-jill bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Two more bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower and one with double sinks – round out the sleeping spaces.

Just 10 minutes from Disney, Windsor at Westside boasts a ton of great amenities including 10,000-square foot club house, resort style pool with lazy river, Tiki bar, fitness center, sundry shop and video arcade. No excuses for being bored here!

The kitchen is roach infested! Refrigerator missing shelves, washer machine half work, and very unclean upon arrival! Do not charge someone cleaning fees when you guys do a piss poor job on cleaning the place!

The villa was ok a bit tired. The biggest disappointment was the outside furniture we had four chairs to sit on originally and there was fourteen of us, two weren't safe and the management company after quite a few phone calls removed two and told us they were bringing us some more chairs we never saw them!!! With a little more effort and possibly a games room it would be a good place to stay. We also had a mouse living in the BBQ, but we didn't want him killed so we did not report him the children thought he was cute

Great listing but had some bumps
We overall enjoyed our rental. There were items that were broken upon our arrival and we are now being charged. I never thought to report each thing because of the high usage these houses receive in the Orlando area. The jacuzzi had problems maintaining the water level the entire time and we were still charged the additional heating fee. While I understand it began to work for a bit , it stopped once again. I messaged continously and they did a good job in answering. I don't think it's the fault of the owner rather a valve that needs to be fixed not patched. Currently waiting for VRBO to get back to me as I am being charged for a table that was broken upon arrival. We purchased the insurance and they haven't responsed. Makes me consider if renting a house is better than a hotel because if the troubles.

Not Close to Meeting Expectations
Property was not cleaned before we arrived. Had to wash sheets, bed spread was used by an infant that soiled it as to be unusable, blinds were broken, the couch leather was damaged, a task force was set up to review and an unknown person was in the house when we came home over the weekend. All unacceptable. As of now, no financial resolution. I could not recommend staying at this property.

Great location but needs some TLC
The home location and community were great. The amenities were everything we hoped for and private pool was awesome. The check in process wasn't super clear. The community gate we had to follow people in every time because it wasn't working and no gate code was ever given to us. The linens and towels were clean and nice. However the floors were disgusting. The carpet up stairs needs to be replaced and the sweeping and mopping was definitely rushed. There was hair and other stuff on the floor everywhere. If they did a better job on the check in and cleaning floor would have been a 5 star experience but they needed improvement in these areas for sure.

All that glitters is not gold!
For certain, a formal email will be sent. A brief review below. After spending more than $3,000 for this stay, I need some change back or, a complimentary stay. In short... *The house needs painting and repairs...in other words,, a makeover and upgrades...holes in the walls, closet doors hanging off of the hinges, carpet was filthy upstairs. knobs missing from furniture, wall hangings off walls, blinds to patio door kept falling out. I have photos to validate my disappointment. *TVs need upgrades. Cable service was OFF, we were not informed. We used our own firesticks to watch movies. Never even received instructions of how the tvs worked. The management was even unaware that the cable itself had no service. Ridiculous! *The pool was never heated. It was one of the reasons we traveled so far for the holiday. They drained the spa and never returned to fill it back up. They lied and said the pool was heated the day of our arrival. Not true. It put such a damper on the entire weekend. They should not sell that service if the pool is not available. *The trash can outside was FULL of trash from the previous renters. *Had it not been for us making our own fun, in spite of, my 60th birthday would have been a ruin.

House was very dirty. Was told couldn’t check in early because of cleaning but we get there and house wasn’t cleaned. Didn’t get anyone to come see the house until almost closing time the next day. Sheets were not changed old food in the couch floor was filthy. Me and my family had to clean a vacation home when we 1st got there disturbing and disgusting. I really wanted a refund but guess what no one would return phone calls we also showed pictures and videos and was told that’s not our problem

Overall a good stay
We were very pleased with the property except for the issue with roaches in the kitchen and dining area. At first glance everything seemed perfectly cleaned but in the first night I killed 6 roaches in the kitchen. I called the next morning and pest control was sent, however, we had to vacate the home the next morning so they could fumigate the kitchen. I appreciate the problem being addressed and had we not settled into the bedrooms I would have asked to be moved. Others, the home was in pretty good shape and only normal wear with use as a rental property. This was our first use but we will give it a chance again.
