This beautiful four double bedroom villa 2 is perfectly positioned on a gated community with views over the lake. It is 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. It is 4 minutes from a golf course and 3 minutes from a shopping center, supermarket and restaurants. It is also a short drive from Kissimmee and the 192 where there are many shops. The outlet malls are also very close. Amazing Restaurants. If you fancy a day at the beach either east or west coast beaches can be reached in just over an hour. Maybe visit Busch Gardens at Tampa, again just over an hours drive. Tesla Super charging 1 mile from house.

It has 4 good size bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private south facing pool. There are two bedrooms with king size beds en suite shower rooms and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. There is one twin room which is ideal for younger children being Disney themed with bedding and soft toys.

The pool area is covered with mosquito netting so you can relax while enjoying the beautiful weather. There is also a covered seating area by the pool to give some shade. The pool has a safety screen which is detachable to keep the youngsters safe. The pool can be heated in cooler months (By request and charged separately)

The Reserve at Town Centre is a lovely small, quiet, gated community which offers safety and security. The development is beautifully maintained to the highest standards and set around a spectacular lakes.

A perfect holiday accommodation
This place is great, it feels very well loved as a place to stay. Really practical and has everything you need, whether you are couple or two families staying. Good location from all the theme parks and not too far to the airport. Tom the host, was so useful and let us use the place a little longer than the checkout time when we are asked which made such a difference to our final day before going home. We both agreed we would stay here again on a return trip to Florida.

Very clean, great area. Used the pool everyday, the position of the pool is great cause there is always shade outside of the pool. Beds are super comfortable. If I had to pick one bad thing, it would be the thermostat would randomly change a few degrees everyday, but I would just turn it back to 70. Looking at coming back next year.

Great first VRBO experience
We absolutely loved the property with the updates made from the other reviews it's an absolute gem would definitely recommended staying here, we'll be staying again when we visit again in a few months. The pool was a nice size and everyone was able to enjoy it! The only downside wa sthe TV's were a little small but i brought my projector so it wasnt really an issue for us. The beds were sooooo comfortable it was like sleeping on a pillow. And if you forgot something don't worry too much the house had items for the beach day, coolers pool items pretty much everything.

Great house great location. Safe subdivision. House was clean and good size. Pool area was nice. I would only recommend some new pots and pans for cooking. A propane bqq would be a nice addition. All in all will be back to stay.

We had a Double Master Suite which was wonderful. I can understated his this place is always booked. Lovely home. You will need an extra recycle as We all have plenty. I would suggest you make have a Binder that has all the home instructions as garbage, laundry, and any other amenities or information needed is provided. We almost didn't wash towels because we done normally wash when on vacation

The property was lovely, very clean and spacious; but the surrounding area is over developed and very congested, i.e. I-4 east and Rt. 17 both directions. The host, however, was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with all in an effort to make our stay enjoyable. We golfed at Providence Golf Club, Remington GC in Kissimmee, and Deer Creek. We took frequent road trips to SW Gulf Coast and Atlantic coast to Port St.Lucie. Our stay was lovely!

Loved the pool by the patio and the enclosure to sit out at night and enjoy a warm breeze, while listening to chirps of frogs or birds, maybe alligators .. couldn’t figure it out what it was, but sure enjoyed the sounds and having a cool breeze come into the house. Two great, master bedrooms that wrapped around the pool. We really enjoyed this home and its cozy open floor plan.

Great little gated neighborhood
Property had more than enough room for all 7 us! The propetrty manager responded quickly when needed. Gated community, noticed a couple of police officers who lived there.... felt very safe! Within 30min of the parks and an hour and a half to most beaches. The pool was small but just enough for us to relax in and enjoy. Home was stocked with all the necessities but be sure to buy your own trash bags, dishwasher liquid, toilet paper and laundry supplies.....

A Beautiful Home In A Beautiful Location
This beautiful property located in Loughman Davenport is just a short drive away from Disney and Universal parks and literally an hour from Orlando main making it the perfect location to go after a long day. The area is so peaceful and being in a gated community made us all feel secure. Tom made the booking process and stay as magical as the parks as well as keeping us updated. On arrival to the villa, it was clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need ready for us all to fall into very comfortable beds after a long flight. Thank you Tom and house management team for making our Christmas special.
