Property is great but the cleanliness can be much better. The patio and bathrooms were very dirty and there was no body wash available in either bathroom but a container was present. Second bath shower curtain was full of mold.

Our overall stay was really great. The rooms are beautiful the water park was fun didn’t have a chance to do anything else there. We would definitely go back again soon. The only thing that needed improvement would be the lazy river definitely needs to be cleaned more from the people walking thru dirt and hopping right in. And the pool at the water park was foggy. The room needed clean sheets without stains. Other than that it was a really great stay. There wasn’t a dust pan in our room so that would’ve been nice to have but again overall the stay was really good. The property is so beautiful.

We stayed for 8 nights and were told our pool towels wouldn’t be replaced it was our responsibility to wash them and they do not provide laundry detergents. Kind of a joke.. highly disappointing, Restaurants on site were serving overpriced gas station food at best. Pool and water park were nice, kids had a good time. Probably wouldn’t go back again to be honest. Lack of service and everything is individually priced nothing is included.

The staff is great. Polite and very helpful. The outiside is beautiful. The water park closing at 5 pm was a disappointment. There was also no kitchen towels. We didn't have hand soap in bathrooms. The bed in master bedroom did not have mattress protector. We liked the location, the feel of the condo,and we loved the layout. It would have been nice to have Smart TVs.

The landscaping was tropical and the pools were very nice lazy river was relaxing nice place but they definitely need some repairs to door way entry to hallways and outside wall needs cleaning but over all nice rooms

This is a big family resort and our room was right outside the game room. There was a lot of litter in the hallway because of that. The room themselves are beautiful and clean, but somebody must’ve tried to kick our door in once because the lock was very loose. Took forever to get checked in, there was such a back up in the lobby.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The concierge employee provided excellent service! We did like our room and balcony/outdoors pace. We enjoyed very much the water park’s pool, the market store, the arcade room! We will definitely be visiting again!

We were in a wing of the hotel that was very dilapidated. Door frames were missing (like they had been forcibly ripped off), hallway carpets were very stained, the paint and plaster on the hallway walls were chipped/scratched, etc.
