Our fabulous new luxury villa with private pool and spa is situated in the gated resort community of Windsor at Westside, conveniently situated approximately 10 minutes from Disney and close to Golf at Champions Gate. Up to 18 people can enjoy their dream vacation in our very special 8 Bedroom, 6 Bath home. Windsor at Westside is sure to be a much sought-after location, with its fabulous resort pool & club house. Our home enjoys lovely open views over water, where birds can often be seen swimming or enjoying the sun. Sit in our super comfy furniture on the private pool deck area and enjoy the wonderful sunsets.
We have a BBQ grill that guests can rent for an additional fee of $10 per day. Guests must rent the BBQ grill for the entire stay.

Our spacious home is large enough to accommodate a large group, but equally a home away from home. It is extremely comfortable for a small group too.
This home has been professionally designed and furnished with luxury, style and comfort. The first floor living area features a Family Room with a spacious sitting area open to the kitchen and dining area.
The first floor is overlooks the lake front pool deck and includes a pool and spa. Upstairs is a second sitting room, with a poker table and/or an area to play games. There are traditional board games as well as Microsoft XBOX One and a large TV.
GAME ROOM
There is a game room with Foosball, Air hockey and Pool table for all the family to enjoy.
Our large covered pool area offers a large pool, which can be heated on request, and has a spa tub with waterfall feature. There is plenty of very comfortable seating outside and loungers for you to make the most of the area at any time of day. The pool area is PRIVATE. Privacy screens have been added to the left and right sides of the pool cage so you can swim without any of the "neighbors" seeing you :)
Pool and spa heat costs $25 a day but that fee is already included in your booking fees. So you do not have to pay anything additional for pool heat.
COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS BEDROOMS
Our home is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and our beds are extremely comfortable. It's just what you need after a long day at the parks with luxury bed linen and plenty of towels, including pool towels.
STATE-OF-THE-ART KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a feast or a snack. There are also s cooler and containers if you are planning a picnic.

Our wonderful management company, based close by, keeps our home in immaculate condition. The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. It has a lazy river and a dedicated children's area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and a volley ball court. There is also a free play games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes’ walk of our home and included in your rental rates.
