The entrance is on the first floor, where there is a bright living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and Finnish sauna, and a south-facing balcony with a view of the Val Gardena Dolomites.
On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other a staggered bunk bed. There is also the master bathroom, equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. From the bedrooms there is access to the lovely south-facing garden, also with mountain views.
The state-of-the-art kitchenette will satisfy even the most experienced chefs, as it is equipped with everything you need for your holiday in Val Gardena and features a dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The generous panorama of the majestic Dolomites, the imposing Sella massif and part of the Sassolungo, can be admired both from the lovely balcony and from the magnificent private garden, both facing south and therefore very sunny.

Villa Rames is an elegant villa with private sauna and garden built in 2023, situated in a panoramic position, just a stone's throw from the centre of Ortisei!
Located right next to the centre of Ortisei, the panoramic and sunny position, combined with the proximity to the centre (approx. 300 metres on foot), makes it a strategic location for all kinds of activities and holidays.
The first supermarkets, shops and restaurants are just approx. 300 metres from the house on foot, and the next bus stop is approx. 500 metres away.
In winter, the Seceda ski lift can also be easily reached on foot, as the 'La Curta' escalator, which takes you to the bottom station of the cable car, is approx. 350 metres from the house. There you will also find the ski school, ski pass office and the first rental shops.
From Seceda you can access the entire Dolomiti Superski area and also reach the legendary Sellaronda.
In summer, in addition to enjoying the magnificent panorama and sunny location, you can reach Seceda just as well as in winter, and you will have the Luis Trenker promenade right on your doorstep, to discover Val Gardena on foot or by bike.
A beautiful public playground, renovated in 2022, is approx. 100 metres from the house and will delight your children, who can play carefree, with the Sassolungo as a backdrop.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
