What a wonderful experience! The couple who own the B&B made it a point to WhatsApp me with directions to the property. Anna met me personally and showed me to my very large room that could have slept 4-5 people. She helped me with what to do my first day, and showed me all the booklets about the area. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you so much!

Wonderful location!!! Everything within walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff. Giacomo is the best!!! Parking in front(free). Just hard to locate because there is another B& B Duomo Hotel nearby,

Great location near Duomo but downside is noisey people coming to the car park late at night. The bathroom mould needs a good clean & no kitchen plug to wash up in kitchenette, even after request. Self serve breakfast with packaged products. Friendly host. Comfy bed with extra single beds in studio room.

Nous avions pris cet hébergement car nous croyions que c’était un B&B, mais finalement c’était un loft dans un quasi sous-sol sans fenêtre. Pour déjeuner, il n’y avait que du pain emballé sous-vide et des yaourts. Très ordinaire. Toutefois, l’emplacement était parfait, juste derrière la cathédrale. Donc, c’était acceptable mais sans plus.

Splendid studio apartment at the very foot of the Duomo. Very easy access with no city traffic, free parking right outside the door, relaxed surroundings, and a delightful, classy host who made us feel like we were staying over at a friend’s apartment for the night. Coffee and breakfast snacks, good hot water, useful kitchenette. A perfect overnight stay.

Welcoming hostess

We received a warm welcome by our host. The accomodations were spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water. We were allowed to store our luggage after checkout. I would very much recommend this place friends.

Giacomo met me at check in and showed the property. Also offered tourist info. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Great location. Basic breakfast items but more than I needed. Kind of enjoyed lighting the stove each morning for the moka coffee pot! Would have like to had a microwave to heat things up. Comfortable bed and clean facility. Highly recommended.

We had a lot of room and many surfaces to put our assorted stuff on. We had sufficient hot water! Check-in went well. The room was on the chilly side.

The location was so convenient to walk around Orvieto. Giacomo left us with a basic equipped kitchenette where we could heat up food etc . This meant we didn’t have to eat out every meal. He was kind enough To give us a lift from and to the train station. Nice fluffy bath towels too and bath essentials . Grazie Giacomo. !

Giacomo was fantastic and the location couldn’t be better. My only complaint is not all of the beds were made up and we didn’t notice until he got in late so my friend and I had to sleep on the king bed. Wasn’t a big deal because bed was comfortable which was a huge plus! I would definitely stay there again. Nice that it had a little kitchenette.
