Mostly Good But...
GPS got us there but once there we had no where to find our resort!!!! Hotel very clean! B&B is NOT a breakfast. 4 stars.

The location is convenient, but very hard to find. The room we stayed in is actually a cute apartment, with refrigerator, stove, and coffee maker. The owner provided onsite parking for a small fee so we didn't have to park far below.She didn't tell us how to turn the heat on and was delayed in turning it on both days.

Home away from home
Simply fantastic! The best place in Orvieto; no question about it. Francesca and her family treated us like family and made this the most memorable moment of our weeks-long stay in Italy. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to go back to Italy just to spend time in this spectacular accommodation and destination. You won't regret it.

Our host Francesca is a sweetheart. The B&B is cute and located perfectly. The parking is near and free (Francesca parked our car!) Kitchen for tea or breakfast coffee very nice perk. Did not use the washer. Our only drawback was returning to the property from a sunday day trip when they closed off the access streets.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Orvieto!
This is my second time staying here, in the larger apartment. I am just as happy this time as I was the first time. Francesca is so nice, and so easy to work with, and the apartment couldn't be in a better place in Orvieto. Such a great value for the cost! I personally like the lofted bedroom area, and appreciate that there is a refrigerator and stove (for small cooking needs). The WiFi works well (in the back half of the apartment) and even though it is not air conditioned, even during the warmer temps we experienced, the apartment never felt overly warm. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

The place was lovely and perfectly placed for Orvieto. We couldn’t have wanted for anything. Francesca was the most fantastic host! So welcoming and brilliant recommendations - Trattoria la Palomba was fantastic!

We booked 2 double rooms and were charged the same price for each room, but upon arrival one of the rooms only had a twin bed. We were asked to pay cash for the rooms when we arrive, the owner did not have change and promised to bring us change later but never did.

Spacious B&B in the heart of Orvieto
This B&B combines the charm of a centuries-old building with modern conveniences and welcoming decor. My suite had a spacious living/dining/kitchen area with a new gas stove and views into a beautiful courtyard.

Wonderful Host, Location, and Apartment!
We absolutely loved our stay at Michelangeli B&B. Francesca and her husband were the best hosts that we had on our trip to Italy. They were friendly, funny, provided lots of information on Orvieto. We had rented two cars and she only thought it was one but was happy to sacrifice their parking spot for our second car. Since the town of Orvieto is so small, the location is walking distance from the center. The apartment was beautiful and everything was clean. The apartment truly did feel like home! Keep a few things in mind when booking this apartment. There is no air conditioning and the Wifi is very slow when not on the top floor because the floors are very thick. Overall, we would definitely return to Michelangeli B&B if we ever came back to Orvieto!

Beautiful rooms and welcome
One night stand close to apartment we rented for two months. Owner of this property knew our landlord and made arrangements to transfer our belongings to the apartment after a wonderful one night stay. We enjoyed the location, setting, layout and furnishings. Breakfast was fine. Be sure to call the owner before your arrival so she can meet you. Her name is Francesca.
