Great hotel close to Osaka station. Although the rooms are quite small, they are comfortable enough. Check-in process was quick and easy and the staff were very friendly.

The check in process took a long time. There was a lot of wait time for elevators. During winter it is not possible to turn on the air conditioning. The bathrooms had unpleasant odor. Not a very pleasant overall experience .

Pleasant stay tho rooms are small
It was great hotel, overall our stay was pleasant. Tho the room is small which made it but uncomfortable to move when you have suitcases. It would also be helpful for foreigners if the hotel includes a note durinf booking that APA has several hotels in the city!
