The room is far too small!
The room is far too small. Check in and out are self service. When I have asked staff to call taxi, I was just given the list of taxi companies and their telephone number and told me can you call taxi by yourself. Apa hotel is not cheap hotel anymore so it’ not worth it!

We had a great time in Osaka - owing in part to the hotel’s convenient location close to metro/subway/train station. Many restaurant, shops around and underground metro.

It was very close to the stations which was super convenient. Lots of amenities. Did not like the large smoking area by the front door as we had to walk past it and my wife is pregnant. The check in was difficult but that was from Expedia's booking numbers not working not because of the hotel they helped as best they could

Location is good. This hotel has 34 stories. Although it separates elevators for stories 1 to 18 and 19 to 34, they all stop at floor 3 and 4 because these floors have amenities like public bathrooms, restaurants etc. The elevators are already very slow going to 18th and 34th floors, customers get in the elevators from 3rd and fourth floors made the elevator journeys even more slow and jammed. Besides, room was too small.
