Will be happy to return.Wonderfull hotel,very efficent ,staff friendy accomodating and helpfull...Had to change room for one night but no problem.Facilites first class and view from roop at 41 level although swimming pool closed...cold but very nice....They have Onsen bathing ..no didnt have time..but maybe next visit.Very convient for Railways station and easy journey to Kansai Airport..Also for food and snacks not too fussy lots of nearby 24 hour 7-11...including within hotel....Lovely ladies serving..Many thanks Sionara..till next time..

Very convenient location, located within minutes from JR NAMBA station which is also connected via underground to other metro stations. Highly recommended. Rooms are a bit small but that is typical for APA hotels. This particular location was opened 2024 Dec so everything interior is very new.

It is really noisy due to having direct airflow by the emergency exits that aren’t blocked off by a door, but by a gate. The higher the floor you’re on, the louder the wind is. The staff were OK; two ladies at the front desk were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge people in line. The baggage claim people gave 5-star service.

A convenient APA hotel with easy access to transport and central areas of Osaka, just steps away from the OCAT KIX bus and Namba station. Loved the closeness to Amemura and other places.

Perfectly functional room, a little compact, hardly any space around beds. Mattresses too soft for me. The facilities were great, towels changed daily and cleaning could be requested if required. I would say fine for a night or two and very reasonably priced. We were on a high floor but no view as window obscured which was a shame.

I really like this hotel. It's within walking distance around shopping areas, close to many restaurants. The only thing I found a bit annoying is I could hear housekeepers vacuuming nearby early in the morning when tried to sleep in.

Small but awesome new hotel! Location is great to station which is literally outside the main door. LUUP Bikes close by and close to Dotonburi. Coin operated Laundry and 7-11 on 4th floor.

Small, small rooms and they really pack the people into this place. Lobby is just a maze of stanchion queues, you can't even tell which one is for luggage, check in, front desk or simply get across the lobby to the coffee shop.
