Great strategic location, with a convenient store right across and a 7/11 around the corner, it was incredibly helpful. the staff was amazing, super helpful and friendly. they offer luggage transportation services which was very convenient for us as well.

The room is clean and we have no problem with the WiFi. Also there’s a large common area for groups to chill/ hang out. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again if come back to Osaka.

Excellent location - convenience stores right across the hotel, dining area for guests to eat their takeout meals, 10 minute walk to Dotenbori, and 5 minute walk to metro station. The rooms were small room but comfortable.

Great location, great staff. Walkable to shopping streets. Right across Lawson and 7-11. Wi-Fi is not the best. I had multiple issue during virtual meeting from both the lobby and our room. Only 3 laundry machines available while there were multiple people trying to use them. The dryer doesn’t dry our clothes even after running 3 rounds of dryer. We ended up taking our clothes to nearby laundromat instead.

This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area, with plenty of food options not far away. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel exterior looks amazing. However, the room was incredibly small for my husband and me. We’re both tall, so we struggled to rest comfortably and use the tiny bathroom, especially the shower. To my surprise, the hotel didn’t feel as representative of Japan as I had expected. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue, there was visible dust in the corners of the room, around the safe, and even near the bed. Although housekeeping came every day, it seemed like they only tidied up the room rather than thoroughly cleaning it. They would take out the trash, change the pajamas and towels, but not much else. Overall, I wouldn’t expect too much for the price you pay here.

Room was small, but that is what I expected, being in Japan. The Bathroom and beds were very clean. Except i noticed the room was dusty. Wood panels on one side of room collected dusts that I only found out when I shone the light on. Overall it was a satisfying stay. So conveniently located, close to train station and shinsaibashi-miju walk line-all the way to the famous Glico San.
