Nice room good view. Slippers were to be used from previous guests! Unclear whether they are getting cleaned between guests. Pyjamas made of nylon! Who wants to wear such material?! Breakfast limited and not very good. Some restaurant staff smell. Rotenburg was lukewarm.

Beautiful property with stunning views. Good food options. The reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is that the room access is a little complicated, where you have to take two elevators to reach there, longer lines at check in as everyone has to check in at 3:00 even if they arrive earlier.

It was too crowded- we were packed up like sardines: uncomfortable. The bath experience was uncomfortable- mom yelling at her children: this is supposed to be quiet, serene area. I had to go downstairs whenever I needed anything because reception never picked up phone!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The building is in the middle of everything: walking distance to an inside mall which has tons of things to buy and restaurants to eat! In front of the hotel there are so many brand name stores which you can buy lots of brand stuff with a reasonable price. The hotel, however, does not have the grand view as expected for a five star hotel. However, the rooms are clean and accommodating for our large family such as ourselves. I would like to have a sweet for our family, but there is none. The staff are friendly, room service is excellent.

The spa takes the top spot. This was my second stay at the hotel. It has some idiosyncrasies: eg the reusable slippers. Cheap hotels in Japan have reusable slippers - it does not work well. Another idiosyncrasy - one cannot turn off automatic light in the bathroom. So be prepared for a strong flash of light if you have to use the bathroom at night. But other than that, the staff is proficient in english, very courteous and the hotel has great views and spa that can't be beat!!! Will come again!!!
