Prime location 5min walk to Namba station and stone thrown away to shopping. Short walk to doutonburi street. Comfy bed and nice view off full glass window. About 1/2h train ride to OSJ.

The number of beds were sufficient for our family of four, but the room wasn’t actually ready when the front desk checked us in, so we waited in the lobby. When it was finally ready, it smelled bad and there was a lot of noise coming from the train tracks nearby, even though we were in high floors. The beds were also uncomfortable for a 5-star property. We did not get good sleep. Will not return and do not recommend. It is unfortunate because we really wanted to enjoy the property especially in the family room and the hotel is near many attractions like Dotonbori and Den Den Town.

Great hotel!
Great hotel, relatively close to the central station. Courteous staff and professional service. We were on the higher floors and stayed in the lounge that offers snacks and refreshments several times a day and we really enjoyed the experience. Recommended!

The room was super clean and way bigger than we expected. All the facilities were in great shape. The location was 15min walkable distance from Namba, which means the area itself is relatively quiet and less crowded. There are several convenient stores around, thus you can easily enjoy Japenese convenient store goods :) Highly recommend for those who don't like crowded and noises but still want walkable distance to the main area while enjoying rooms and amenities in great condition!

It was an amazing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is more like a resort with its spa restaurants and 33rd floor sky bar. The area around was safe and very pretty. You could walk and get anything you needed.

Great hotel!
We found this hotel last minute and were very pleased with all it had to offer. Many restaurants inside and connected to large shopping center with many other food options. The rooms were beautiful and views from windows were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Japan doesn’t best, Centara is a great example…
My stay was absolutely delightful! From the superb customer service to each amazing detail of this hotel, the atmosphere, style, it clean stylish EXCEPTIONAL. The location is central, it connects to Namba park which is a mall that offers not only restaurants and shops but a theater, museum. Centara is also located near lovely restaurants steps away and Dotinbori. I cannot recommend this hotel enough
