Stayed with my husband, 8 years old and 6 month baby. One of the best stays in Japan. The attention to detail made the stay easy with a baby. Everything you might need to care for baby, crib, bed rails, diaper genie, thermometer and more. Breakfast was amazing although there could room for improvement as ai am only comparing to other hotel around Japan.

Great hotel, location and service. Close to Namba station, Parks shopping centre and a 10 to 15 min to Dotonbori. Staff, gym, facilites were all fantastic. Only issue was the twin beds. We booked for our family of 4, with 2 adults and 2 children who are still 9 and 11 and there was no way to sleep 2 on the twin beds. No other upgrades were available, and no Tanami mats etc, so 1 had to sleep on the floor which was difficult. Probably because we didnt appreciate the difference between twin and a double bed. Twin was a king sjngle at best.

Beautiful hotel but something was off, didn’t feel as luxury and quality when staying. Concierge was very helpful, but besides that feels very new in terms of customer service and satisfaction. Not sure I’d spend the same money here again
