Excellent customer service from check in to check out and nothing was ever a hassle or problem. Helped with luggage forwarding which was again easy and they took care of it even calling the next hotel to make sure it’s okay Everywhere including shops/ 7-11 and stations are walkable and easy to use Highly recommend as the room was spacious/lots of amenities -kettle/microwave

Great Hotel in Osaka!
The hotel was very clean and spacious! It’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest main subway station but is surrounded by a lot of places to eat and things to do. Staff were very friendly. Would stay here again the next time we visit Osaka!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. We had all the amenities we needed and the location is great - easy access to trains etc. Staff were all friendly and spoke English quite well. The room (double studio) was a great size compared to other Japanese hotels we'd stayed at which was appreciated. The only 2 things we found interesting was the TV's location (on a side wall above the desk) - after a long day walking around Osaka, we would have liked to have been able to watch the news from bed in the evening. Also beware although the hotel boasts it has cable channels, it really doesn't. All cable channels were disconnected (they show up - just don't work). We did enquire at the front desk about this in case it was just our room however they said they don't have any cable channels nor English ones. Just a bit odd for this calibre of a hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Namba district, 3 minutes walk to Kuromon Market, 5 minutes to Namba, 8 minutes to Namba station. Rooms are spacious, even the hallways are wide and decorated with art works. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet has plenty of selection. I will stay here again in my next trip to Osaka.

Citadines Namba was in an excellent location, a short walk from Nankai Namba station which is where the airport express train arrives from/departs to Kansai airport. Our room was very clean and comfortable, serviced daily and staff were helpful. Nara is reached easily from Namba station for a day trip.Dotonburi was a short walk away for amazing food and nightlife. We had a great stay at Citadines.

The is a great location in walkable distance of the massive Dontonbori. Namba is a nice area as well! Close to Nipponboshi and Namba stations with easy access to Nara! Hotel staff is friendly. Room was the biggest i have had yet in Japan. Refrigerator stove etc!

Nice place and a 10 min walk from Namba station. Highly recommend if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of Osaka but not right in it.
