The staff were very nice and properly provided me information needed during my stay such as when’s the time to check in and out, hotel housekeeping, and recommendation of the area. The room was perfect for 2 people. Overall, good service and great to provide varieties of amenities to the guest.

Highly Recommended - would stay again!
Very pleasant stay for my family with two young kids, and the customer service from the staff was top notch. They were proficient in English, which made communications very easy. The rooms were very clean, and guests were given comfortable set of pyjamas and thicker in-room sandals. The hotel was less than 5 minutes walk away from the nearest Nagahoribashi metro, making commuting a breeze. Would stay again if we're back in Osaka.

Maybe one of our favorite hotels we stayed at while in Japan. Location was excellent, staff was organized, welcoming, and spoke great English (helpful for American travelers). The room was super comfortable and included so many amenities like pajamas, comfortable slippers, small refrigerator, tea and coffee, etc. Before heading to your room, choose facial and bath products to your liking. This was really nice considering we packed as light as possible. Walking distance from Dotonbori and lots of amazing restaurants. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was perfect for us because it was comfortable and could easily accommodate our odd number of guests (3) in a room. I liked that we had 2 full size beds and a sitting area with a sofa and coffee table. The bathroom was also big with 2 sinks. The staff was courteous, attentive and professional. And they had a good variety of beverages in the lobby, along with a goody bag to collect any necessary toiletries for our stay. It is located in a quiet area with a few businesses nearby. There is no onsite restaurant but the hotel tries to offer breakfast delivery, which we can order thru the TV. Speaking of TV, it allows English menu options and I could access regular TV, YouTube or rent extra cables to watch Netflix, etc. There is also a washing machine on our floor and option to check status on TV. It’s less than 10mins walk to the popular Shinsaibashi shopping area and not too much further to Dotonbori. If you want something quiet, comfortable but walkable to popular areas, this place is for you!

I feels like staying in a 5 star hotel 😃, very spacious for a superior twin room. Exactly like what I shown in their pictures. Just 1 min to 7-11 and about 5 mins walk to train station. Free facial mask, eye mask, bath soak powder and free serving of coffee or tea or fruit water at the lobby. My family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. If I’m coming Osaka again will definitely choose LEBEN again.

I stayed here for 4 nights, the room and bathroom were very spacious and nicely designed. I loved it, it felt quite luxurious. Since the property doesn't have a restaurant, they had breakfast delivered to my room at my selected times (very prompt delivery) – I thought this was really cool. Pretty decent location, I liked the area, not far from subway stations (one station is just a couple minutes walk away, while another is up to 10 minutes, depending on your speed). 7-Eleven is right beside the hotel and there are plenty of dinning options around. I like that the TV will display what laundry machines are in use and for how long until each one's cycles are done – though, I did have to race a bit to get the next available machine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. With check-out being at 11am, I still had a few hours to spare until I needed to catch my train to Tokyo, but not to worry, they had a storage room with individual locks for anti-theft. Overall, great experience, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Other hotels should take note of The Leben!
We’ve travelled a fair bit, and for this price range and class of hotel, we felt The Leben was one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in by far. Spacious, modern, clean rooms. Large for Japan, including bathrooms with separate toilet and sink areas. Welcoming, friendly staff, large open free drinks reception area. Breakfast-box brought to your doorstep in the morning so you can eat in the privacy and comfort of your own room instead of having to avoid peak times at a breakfast buffet. It was relatively quiet up on the 12th floor where we stayed and a fantastic location in Osaka - walkable to the main shopping and food district areas. Perfect for us rounding off our honeymoon in Japan, we would have happily stayed here for a couple more days! It was so good, I started searching whether The Leben had any other branches in the world so to remember to stay there in future… (It doesn’t - it seems unique to Osaka). A fantastic hotel that has been very well thought out and in my radar forever. Perfect for those who value space and time to themselves for a romantic getaway, without breaking the budget. Well done.

The room is big and comfy, a rare find in Japan. The hotel is very generous in providing facial masks, eye masks, lip balm, facial serum and many more stuff at the lobby for their guests. These are placed in a box near the lift. Although others hotels in Japan do provide, The Leben has many more things rather than the basic items.
