Good location as within short walking distant to Nishi Umeda & Osaka Station. Nice hotel room which offers good amenities and a There are also washing machines provided where we can do laundry at a small cost. The hotel staff are friendly & we appreciated the good service provided. It’s so nice that the hotel offers lounge service where hotel guests can have free drinks and food starting from late morning till evening. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay near Osaka Station.
We picked this hotel because our past positive experience with the same chain in Koyoto. This locate is even better just 5 mins walks to JR Umeda/Osaka station. Room is spacious, Clean, bed is comfortable. My only gripe is the pillow but that's just me and want something harder.

Great stay in Osaka!
About 10-15min walk from Osaka station. I must say the staff here is very helpful and friendly. Most staff spoke English well. Exceptionally thankful to T. Hatta for helping me forward my luggage to my next destination. Thank you thank you thank you! Facility offers a wet bar at night and breakfast(very good quality and variety offered). This facility is big and rooms are similar to western hotels(size wise). Close to a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip.

This is a wonderful hotel located in close proximity to Osaka Station which make transportation very convenient. Nice touches include evening cocktails with wine and Ochazuke supper. I like the public bath and facilities like washer/dryer and self-service luggage locker room. The room is clean and well equipped, adequate for two adults but a little on the small side for three.

Before I arrived I reached out to the hotel to ask a question about holding luggage and they responded quickly and promptly. It was a huge relief to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before we could check-in. When we checked into the hotel I had made a mistake a book the wrong type of room. I went back to the reception desk and they were able to quickly find me the room I needed for a small and reasonable fee. The staff were kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful!

It is close to Osaka main station. About 2-3 blocks, thee is airport shuttle deport ( 1800 yan to KIX). There were good coffee in the morning and afternoon (free) and there is a good clean public bath.
