Omo 7 Osaka is quite good in general. But their housekeeping is strange. They will only clean your room once for your stay, but will change towels and clear garbage daily. If one is staying for a week, cleaning once seems insufficient. Also, in our 4-night stay, there was one day the housekeeping totally forgot to change our towels and clear garbage…. despite our reminder as we left the room that day. We came back to the hotel late that evening around midnight and still had to deal with the towels and garbage. That was highly undesirable.

Great stay, as always at a Hoshino property
Convenient location near stations for Nankai line, JR and subway. Property has large well designed outdoor space and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. Many families with small children, so noise level can be high in lobby area.

Donki, spa world, & 通天閣 are within 5mins walk distance, and next to jr station, with car park. The only not good is the hotel spa is too small XD, but its pool design is innovative & remarkable. Enjoy the hotel. The last thing is the fireworks show(lighting) on the hotel wall, that is amazing.

This is a really beautiful hotel, with a small resort type vibe. It feels really local whilst catering for visitors. We loved it as a family of four and would recommend it for anyone!

Sofa bed was comfortable and wide enough. Not enough tissue paper in the room. Lovely views on the 14th floor. Free takoyaki and drinks on level 1 in the evening. Though the takoyaki wasn't great. Have to get your own water from the dispenser outside the room. Coffee was great though.
