Hotel is near many shopping, dinning, nightlife, sightseeing, and more. The hotel and rooms are clean and well sized. It can be a bit loud in the hallways and especially outside the hotel because of the amount of people who stay here. Also, the laundry room is much to be desired. Only 3 wash/dry units for 14 floors of visitors.

Nice area and with a buffet restaurant for breakfast very affordable. Near metro station for easy transportation. A nice restaurant under the hotel where you can catch your fish for dinner.

My family stayed here during a typhoon and the staff members were very helpful and accommodating. Especially Kijima Yurik who went out of her way to help my family with our extended stay (due to the Shinkansen being out of service) and helped give us ideas on how we can get back to Tokyo to make our flight home. If we ever find ourselves in Osaka again, we will be staying here again.

Very near many shopping, sightseeing, nightlife, combini (7 eleven), transit, and more. Hotel room is good and staff is helpful. Breakfast is fine but wasn’t my favorite for 1400 yen. It can be very noisy in the halls and outside because it’s next to Dotonbori and tourists are everywhere. The laundry service is very limited. There’s 3 wash/dry combo machines on the second floor but everyone seems to use it so patience is required.
