1000% would stay again!
Travelled with my sister and stayed for 8 nights - great location with lots of restos nearby, short walk to Yodoyabashi Station, which is on the Midosuji metro line that takes you to all the important places, and, most importantly, a Family Mart right next door. Room cleaning is mandatory every 3 days, which worked great for us. The room itself was a great size (lots of space to open 2 large hardside suitcases), except for the entryway, which was really cramped. Beds were super comfy and the firm pillow was amazing. Temperature control also simple to use. The laundry room is a bonus (there's an option on the tv to see which machines are in use and for how long), but be prepared to wait, as there are only 3 machines (also important to note that the machines only take 100 coins, so go to reception if you need to exchange other coins); the dryer function is terrible if you're washing a lot of stuff, as you will probably need to pay for extra drying time.

Good location and nice lounge
Hotel check in process was good with fast service. Their lounge area is amazing! Great way to relax and get some refreshments. They give you a complimentary drink per guest so it was nice to have some sake over the outside balcony. Close to the train station. Room was small, nothing spectacular, but that's probably how it's like for most affordable Japanese hotels. Great for a solo traveler, good for a couple. Nice location.

Quiet and well connected
Great hotel - very busy with international guests but great service from the staff and no long waits for check in. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated, very quiet and have nice bathrooms. Glad we chose to stay in this part of Osaka - it was quiet and very close to nice park areas for morning strolls, but also really well connected to subway lines for quick travel to the busier and more touristy parts of the city.

I stayed there for two and half weeks. It is a very convenient location where you can take subways, whose entrance/exit is right next to it, to just about any places in or out of Osaka. City government buildings, river and river park are two minutes away by walking. It is located inside business area. Shopping and night markets are about 3 km away by walking. Walking around is a great way to explore the areas near by and city. The hotel room is very clean and quiet. But it is only for sleep and showers. The hotel lounge is on second floor where you can relax with free WiFi, power outlets, tables, desks, sofas, free cold water and coffee till middle night. The free breakfast buffet is decent, more western style than Japanese. And breakfast items, such as smoked salmon salad, scrambled eggs, sausages and beacons, bakery, coffee, juices etc, stay the same everyday. They are very healthy for sure.

Good sized room and bathroom
Good sized room and bathroom. Bath was nice and deep. Bathroom and shower separate from toilet but see through wall between. Good breakfast buffet. Lounge area was very nice and good amenities. WiFi worked well. TV easily connect to personal Netflix and logged when turned off out so not accidentally left logged in. Good selection of amenities in the reception.

They make you do self check out and check in even though there is staff available. After a long day of traveling it’s just another hassle. Toiletries are not provided in the room & neither is water. Instead you have to get them at the front desk. Mildly annoying since you don’t find this out till after you’ve check in and go into the room. The elevator always stops at the reception desk even when it’s not requested and no one else is trying to get on.
