Location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was the bathroom had a strong odors that smelled like sewage, we notified the hotel but they couldn’t do anything about it.

Good stay for solo traveler in Osaka. Breakfast was ok, I would suggest travelers to skip the breakfast and go down to the food court underneath the hotel. Very close to the train and donbori. Would recommend clean rooms and quiet rooms too.

Very convenient as it was close to Namba station. Had a convenience store nearby. Access to 24 hr coin laundry. Drinks vending machine on lobby floor Free breakfast was provided. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Ok experience… but not fantastic
The check-in is not smooth, as it is via machine. In the end, need the help from the front desk to help us check in. The toilet is small. So if you are on the bigger side, will be uncomfortable sitting on the toilet seat. And the only way to get free drinking water is using cups - which is not making sense. And we could not top up using our own bottle. Should provide an empty reusable bottle, like the one we have in Kyoto. But overall, the hotel is just next to the train exit. Very convenient.

Great Location and Clean Room
The hotel location is very good, really near Dotonburi where you can try all the good food. The rate also have free breakfast. Breakfast food is ok only, dont expect much. The replenish of main food is quite slow and always have long queu. You need to come down before 8am to avoid the crowd. Clean is very clean and comfy. Bigger room compared to Tokyo standard

Great budget/business hotel in the heart of Namba.
Great budget/business hotel in the heart of Namba. Within walking distance of mass transit, great eateries, etc. Room is compact but comfortable & very clean. In-room tv provides lots of great info, such as washer/dryer availability. Complimentary breakfast is solid japanese comfort food + breads/pastries.

Handy location, and this was a practical option.
We needed a hotel near Namba, because we arrived and departed from Osaka at this station. So it was very convenient, also near Dotonbori. Definitely not a luxury hotel and the breakfast room was very characterless and functional. I would recommend to stay here; but you won't spend much time in the room (or hotel). It's in a great part of Osaka.

The inn is conveniently situated next to the Namba walk exit B4, which gives access to the underground mall with plenty of affordable dining options and is connected to the train station. Within walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi too.

This hotel was amazing especially coming from Tokyo where the hotel room size was like half of the room that we received. The room was very clean aside from small scuff marks on the bed sheets, looked like everything else was new. Free breakfast from 6:30-9am, good amount of options, freebies close to the front desk: combs, hair masks, toothbrush, but I think they are going to stop giving those out in the near future to reduce plastic waste, facial care kits, soap and tea (matcha and ume), and razors. Housekeeping comes every 4 days of stay and on the other days you get new towels and a disposable bags, you can place the old towels and trash outside of your door for them to collect. The hotel is very close to the heart of the big stores and restaurants in Osaka, and a few steps away from the train! Super convenient! Cons: I wished there was a trashcan in the bathroom as you only get a plastic bag that hangs on a small wooden peg and the bags aren't included in the daily new towels bag. There was only one trashcan in the bedroom/ livingroom. I was menstruating and was worried the smell might linger in the room. These were minor inconveniences, but the bed is faced in a way where it's very tight to get to the other side of the room/bed (legs will brush against the side of the bed when trying to pass it), sink and shower valve are connected so when my partner is taking a shower I can't wash my hands or face. Otherwise this is a great hotel, highly recommended!
