It is a convenient location, pretty close to the Namba Station and Dotondori area. The room is clean and the breakfast is good, considering that there is no extra pay for breakfast. The room is small, but it is a budget inn.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was new, modern. The lobby and room are bright and clean. Staff are very helpful in directing me to storage for my luggage when I arrived early. Free breakfast is also really nice.

Great place to stay in Osaka! Very close to everything and run a very practical operation. Free breakfast was an unexpected surprised. We had a late flight so after check out we were provided bag locker. It was raining and they gave us an umbrella for the day. Really greatful for the service. Highly recommended.

It’s a college dorm type of room. The bed is really hard and the pillow as well. Some staff was welcoming and some not so much. The breakfast included helps a lot to achieve a quick kick start. Excellent location.

Location close enough to Osaka-Namba station to walk. Just outside Dontonbori, again a short walk. Hotel breakfast was more than adequate to get the day started. Check in was easy, baggage storage available and staff were always helpful when needed. Only issues were there weren’t any wash cloths and the bed was very very firm.

Before coming here, we read some negative reviews but after being there I think we can comment on that. 1. Hard beds- it is true the bed is harder than usual but after walking and commuting all day we were able to pass out on it 2 food- so the hotel comes with breakfast included and we thought the food was pretty good. It is an all you can eat and cafeteria type of way. Having food available makes a good jump start to the day. It is nothing special but we liked their yakisoba and crossiants a lot 3. Staff- they are were excellent :) 4. The size of room- it was small like to open our luggage up we had to put the luggage on the bed. It was not a bother to us . My partner and I took turns to open luggage to us but if have a big group of people unsure if large room will have same issue Overall, we will definitely come stay again as staff was super nice, room was clean, and location super convenient.

The hotel is in a great area, close to Namba station and Dotonbori. Staff are very friendly and rooms are well-sized and clean. In our experience, the beds were very firm and only provided one flat pillow per person. We requested additional pillows but they were sold out for the day. Overall good experience, we would consider staying again for the price.
