Please please please change the pillows. It was rock hard that I could Not sleep and woke up with such a bad headache. Very hard like boulder and when I tried To soften it, it formed a hard shape . Otherwise it’s a nice place in a cool location. Just the pillow! Thinking of it again makes me scared. Stiff neck and 🤕

Breakfast is healthy and decent but wish they can mix it up. Eating the same breakfast every day gets boring. Check out time at 10am is too early. Maybe 11 or 12 is reasonable with other hotels.

Very close to Dotonbori. You'll never go hungry as you're surrounded by convenience stores. The area is safe and walkable to shopping places and restaurants. We booked the double bed room for 2 people. If you're not used to Japanese hotels, this room might feel small to you. Packing was a bit of a struggle due to the lack of floor space, but we already knew that would be the case as smaller hotel rooms are very common in Japan. The free breakfast was a treat. They had typical Japanese breakfast which was very hearty and healthy. We would definitely book back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I accidentally made a booking for a smoking room and they were able to change me to a nonsmoking. It was very nice, they do care about cleanliness and sanitation and they are very friendly. The beds, however, were the worst part and the reason I took off stars. It was rock hard. Very difficult to get to sleep but I made it work for two nights. Left early to get back to work but I had to schedule a chiropractic appointment to fix my back.

We stayed at the family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room is very big with 2 full bathrooms, the location of the hotel is excellent, only 1 block away from the subway station. We took the limousine bus from Kansai airport to OTAC station and it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the hotel.

I was very much impressed with the property and the location. Very clean and staff is very attentive. Easy to get the train and/or uber! Only down side is that the rooms were extremely small.
