The hotel was in a busy part of the city, which was nice because we were so close to main attractions. The hotel has storage lockers, so we were able to leave our luggage there before officially checking into the room. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. They had “light cleaning” every day, and on the third day of the stay, the staff would do a full cleaning. One thing that bothered me was that when I requested an extra towel, we were charged for it. I have never been asked to pay for extra linens in a hotel before. Overall, I would still stay in this hotel again, due to its wonderful location and the super helpful staff!

Make sure you check out by 10am. I was not aware and received a call a few minutes after 10am and was told to pay late check out fee. Usually check out is 11 or 12 noon, at most of the hotel. But this one is very early. By 10am, if you didn't check out, no call to alert you, when you receive a call, it is time to pay additional fee. This is not acceptable and it was not highlighted during check in.

The most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. I did not get 1 decent night of rest. The noise bleed through the walls was ridiculously loud and I have slept on floors more comfortable than the beds in this place. I have been coming to Japan for a decade and have slept on hard beds, but the beds and pillows in this place were horrible. Additionally the rooms smelled really strange and that smell got all over my clothes. Its in a good location and is a good place to stash your bags, but thats about it.

Located right next to the metro exit and major shopping area which is really convenient. Staff members are helpful and the hotel is neat and tidy overall. Coin laundry at the hotel is great! Only downside is the noise from vehicles outside at night.

Location : around 7-10 min walk to the nearest station Namba. 3 min walk to Lawson. 10 min walk to takashimaya shopping mall. Room: don’t expect the room in big city like Osaka will give you a spacious room. At least for me it is reasonable size for a solo traveller Breakfast: free breakfast. The quality and variety is better than I expected even though it is free of charge. Staff: nice staff Highly recommended for budget traveller
