Love the public bath and spa facilities for hotel guests where is well maintained and operated. The breakfast dining options and quality are amazing. The location is handy and I will definitely return when come back and stay at Umeda next time.

Review for standard 2 twin bedroom - had plenty of room for 2 large suitcases and 2 adults. Location was right in the heart of Umeda with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. To get to the hotel, I found it most convenient to walk towards the purple (tanimachi line) and exit #2. Hotel breakfast was ample and had a rotation every 2 days of different menus. Bed was firm (to my liking). Wished there were more hangers and pillows in the room - there weren’t enough hangers for clothes/space to hang towels. The shower is just a small room with no where to change except outside - so might be awkward between 2 friends. Hot stone spa was very clean and useful after long days of walking. Lobby staff were friendly (allowing early and late check in). Spa staff were also friendly and helpful. Would stay again at this hotel!

For anyone who is their first time in Osaka, locating this hotel is a challenge. But once you found it, you will notice that there are a lot of ways to get to the hotel and subway. The walking distance from subway station to the hotel could be a challenge, especially if you are lost in the Japanese tunnel...

The hotel is great for its cleanliness, overall is comfortable and well maintain. The most enjoyable for me its onsen with hot-stone sauna. Make end of the day bath with sauna enjoyable and relaxing. The breakfast is good but not superbly fantastic if you are into bread cause there is no bread/croissant. There is very nice fish dish like salmon for breakfast which is very good imho. The area at night is bustling with people and many choices of food (which I didnt try) but later at night likelyhood of meeting some drunken is high. It is fairly near to the Metro and a 15min walk from JR station, Hep Five Shopping area etc. Overall a superb accommodation.

We have mentioned it’s our 25th anniversary trip upon booking. When we arrived, we saw this beautiful swans towels arrangement on the bed, what an amazing surprise! The staffs are courteous and the hotel is super clean. Comfy bed as well.

Lovely place! They have public baths, saunas, and breakfast. The breakfast was amazing as well. There is English speaking staff and they care able to help you to shop your luggage to another hotel or airport. Would recommend if you are going to Osaka!

It was bad on check in part. As my name is different with my passport but every time it has no issue. Then that lady refuse to allow me to check in. Asked me to do full pay then allow me to check in. Or come back later while they will try to contact hotel.com. I asked what if they can’t contact? She said then you have to paid again or find another hotel. While I insisted that I have made the booking, she finally went for seek manager advice and allow me to get my room. Unnderstand this hotel policy but they can’t be more flexible?

Very clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Spa was amazing. Breakfast was enjoyable. Close to Osaka, Umeda stations and many stores to shop around nearby in a walking distance. The hotel could improve on their laundry facility as there were only 4 units available to use. Would stay here again.
