It was central to the area I visited; it was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. It’s very corporate and clinical, badly designed for disability (dark, black and grey not good for poor sight). Advertised as an art hotel/ gallery of which there was no sign except some Munch prints in reception. A good short break though

Very new, clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast in easy walking distance of Oslo Opera House and Sentrum station and a few minutes walk to the floating sauna at Sukkerbiten and the Munch museum. Some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and a food court just across the road. Had everything we needed.

Reasonable experience at an affordable price. Beds not comfy Breakfast was AMAZING! Did I say breakfast was amazing, this experience was worth it. This is a suitable hotel for any visitor

Great breakfast, friendly staff and fabulous location. Only drawback was room size, which was smaller than expected and no wifi connection on 6th floor. When we reported this to reception we were told that it was because our room was too far from reception and advised to stay in the lobby if we needed to use the hotels WiFi

My stay

The hotel is in a great central area to do lots of things in Oslo, the breakfast is great with loads of choice. Unfortunately the lighting system in the room is a bit crazy and with no instructions, you spend ages working out which switch to use, with a pad at the door. Also single duvets are not ideal in double beds and disrupt your sleep.

The breakfast is out of this world! I would stay here purely for that. Our room was incredibly spacious and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect and it was only a 2 minute walk to the train and bus station if you wanted to go further afield. I would highly recommend.
