I have a mixed review of the hotel. I booked the stay through Hotels.com the evening before; however, when we checked in the next day, the clerk claimed she could not find our reservation even after I showed it to her on my phone. She charged me for the room. She assured me I would not be double charged. Well, upon returning home and reviewing my credit card transactions online, I found that I was indeed billed twice. I have contacted the hotel to get this taken care of. In all my booking with Hotels.com, I have never encountered this.
Having said that, we were pleased with the hotel. It is walkable from the Central Train Station and is about 3-4 blocks from the waterfront. The room was quite spacious, and we enjoyed the breakfast which was both plentiful and delicious. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant one evening and were pleased.
