Dirty ripped curtains, damaged items ( broken suitcase stand. Reception staff can’t be bothered and not interested.
Booked it assuming Radisson hotel lever, reception said they are not part of Radisson.

Where the Breakfast Outshines the Stars
This is a cozy three-star hotel that surprises guests with a five-star breakfast experience.
Lovely clean and convenient next to the airport. A real shame we booked a family room (travelling with a 2yo and 1yo) and when we asked the reception for a cot they refused to let us have it saying we have booked a family room and there was not room to put a cot in the room. We had to put our baby to sleep on the floor, on a duvet, surrounded by bags to stop her crawling off. The same member of staff also gave us the previous days timings for the shuttle bus, when we queried where the bus was she said laughed saying “oops” but this oversight meant we had to wait 40 mins extra we hadn’t anticipated and it was cutting it closer than we would have liked for the flights when travelling with children. She also told us there was no ramp to get to the family room and directed us up one lift across the whole hotel and down the other side - for us to realise there was a ramp at the steps she had initially directed us to.
This seems more like incompetence from one member of staff but it did significantly impact our stay at an otherwise perfect hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel for the summer because there is no AC and the vent in the room do not provide adequate ventilation so the room is very hot and stuffy unless you want to have the window open and curtains pulled back overnight and be subject to bright sunlight coming in early and airplane noise. The front desk also said there are no fans to address this.
If during cooler months, this would be a good hotel. It is clean, decent beds, with very delicious breakfast buffet. Everyone working there was friendly.
You should also factor in the cost of the shuttle which is very expensive for a 5 minute drive (160 Nok round trip per person) which brings up the cost of the hotel by a lot if more than 1 person staying. Recommend factoring the cost of the shuttle as it might make more sense to stay in Oslo city centre or the Oslo airport hotels that are walkable from the airport once the price of the hotel plus the shuttle fees are combined.
To get the accurate schedule, contact the hotel as the public bus website is not accurate, indicating 15 min interval all day but the schedule is mostly 30 min intervals with peak hours in the morning and late afternoon.
I think addressing the issue of ventilation and bus schedule could bring this rating higher because it overall is a decent hotel for an overnight stay.
Clean room with decent storage and a clean bathroom. Breakfast was nice in the morning and the shuttle ran from 4:12AM which was nice for early flights. Should be noted that the shuttle is ~$8 per person each way.
As a couple with an 18 month old toddler we had a great night’s stay before our flight home. The frequent airport shuttle bus makes it a very convenient stop before or after a flight. Our room had a great view of the airport and our little one loved watching the planes land and take off through the window. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options. We also had a b enjoyable evening meal in the restaurant although 2/3 of the dessert options were not available during our stay.
There is a playroom available with a bouncy castle / slide / ball pit which our little one really enjoyed.
One thing to note is that I requested a cot when booking and was assured that it would be ready for us when we arrived. However, upon arrival I was told that a cot would not be possible in my room type and that I’d have to change rooms and pay a 300NOK charge. This was not mentioned in my prior correspondence with the hotel. However, the receptionist was very kind and helpful in resolving this.
