Red over Blu any day!

Although this (the Red) is the less expensive Radisson airport hotel at Oslo, it is a better choice that the Blu. 4 mins extra walking is all it takes. The breakfast is far superior than the Blu and the seating area is less ‘cafeteria’ than the Blu. The coffee machine in the room is far better than the horrible instant coffee sachets offered in the more expensive Blu. The Red also does not smell of sewage in the foyer!

Property was great for being close to the airport for an early morning flight. There wasn’t anyone available to help us with check in and we have to use the automated kiosk. The restaurant was expensive but food was ok. staff was very busy.

It was very close from the airport. Since we had an early fright at 6am, the Radisson Red hotel was very convenient for it only took 5 minutes by walk.

Fantastic stay at Radisson RED! 5 minute covered walk to the Oslo Lufthavn. It was an ideal location for an early morning flight. Offered contactless check-in. Room was clean and very spacious. Cool decor. Very nice bar/restaurant along with room service options.

Radisson RED Oslo Airport is a very convenient place to stay. The rooms are nice and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. However, the check-in process could be improved—there always seems to be a line, and the online check-in link didn’t work for us (spinning wheel of death). Overall, a solid option for an airport hotel, but be prepared for a bit of a wait at check-in.”

I stay at Radisson on business trip. Waited for half hour just to be seated at restaurant for dinner, it was a line of customers but the restaurant was empty. Employee came only every 10 minutes to seat the next table. Heating was not working well at room and spent a really cold night. I am coming back to this area for business soon but I am not sure that based on the above Radisson will be my first lodging option.

Convenient to the airport, but….

Rooms are fine, but do not expect any service at all. From checking in to checking out you are lucky if you talk to a person. The rooms have a red telephone that in theory allows you to contact someone if needed, but it just gets a busy signal. I wanted some ice for a sprained ankle and finally went outside and broke off a chunk of snow to put on it. The service in the restaurant is the worst I have experienced in a long time. Save yourself the time and go into the airport terminal to get food.
