The breakfast buffett needs some attention and space. Change the layout it's too crowed change the Potatoes and non pork options .are a quick fix. scrambled vs egg bites are more traditional also.

Stayed for 5 days at this hotel. The hotel its self is beautiful, clean and well maintained. It includes breakfast as well. The customer service is terrible tho which is a shame because I would probably never stay again, that’s how bad it is. All the staff seem to be clueless. There is a restaurant/bar when you walk in and you will be waiting for at least half hour before anyone acknowledges you. The staff need to be trained in customer service. Very disappointed in that experience.
