Room was falling apart They put us in a handicap room No towels, we had to go and get our own. They did not clean room or make beds Things were falling apart in the room Not worth the money and no one would assist us!

We had a very nicely designed room with an efficient layout. Small but effective and attractive. Appreciated how easy it was to decline every day linen changes (not needed). Breakfast did the job though they were quite crowded (go early!). Some fitness equipment didn't work. Overall, a nice place, decent value for the cost.

Everything was perfect. Helpful staff, clean rooms and a beautiful pool and hot tub. The only thing I would like to see is regular flatware in the breakfast room rather than plastic spoons, forks etc. Not only would it help the hotel be “greener” it would also be easier to eat breakfast. These utensils are difficult to eat with!

This hotel is a stone's throw away from the Canadian Tire Ctr and is new and it shows...Staff were very accomodating. I had a bit of a problem with them putting an extra charge on my credit card but it was removed a week later and they brought us up an little snack package as an apology. My recommendation is to not check in online...

I recently stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Kanata, Ottawa West. The hotel is clean and relatively new, offering a great value for the price. It’s conveniently located near an outlet mall, which was a nice bonus, and the large, free parking lot was a definite plus. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay overall. However, there were a few downsides. The staff, particularly at the reception, could be more professional and friendly. We often found them unavailable, and we had to ring a bell to get the receptionist to come out whenever we needed assistance. Additionally, the bathtub drain in our room was clogged, causing the water to fill up while showering. The breakfast provided was very basic with limited options. Overall, if you’re looking for a short stay in a clean and affordable hotel, this place is worth considering, despite a few minor issues.
