Had a great stay. House was easy to get to, the location was great, quick trips to several places. The house is as beautiful as the pictures, the beds were comfortable. We went on a cool weekend and it took us a few texts with the owner to figure out the heat

Fall Family Visit
My husband and I booked the Buddy Barn for family members to attend our son's wedding. It was extremely clean and the decor was very welcoming and comfortable. The cabin was nice and warm when our family members arrived! The guests were happy that coffee, sugar and creamer were provided as the weather was a little chillier than Florida! The family sleep wonderfully and shared it was so quiet! The host was very accommodating when we had to jockey some arrival/departure times. Our family would definitely choose Buddy's Barn again.

Great time
The property and house were exactly what was listed. The house is clean and fully finish with everything needed to enjoy our stay. There was easy access to the main highway. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch, drinking a cuppa coffee and the weather was just right Great communication with the owner. We would recommend this place to anyone that was visiting the area.

Charming Mountain Cottage
We really enjoyed staying here! Plenty of space for our family of four. Everything we needed was provided for. Property is well decorated. If we were staying longer, a microwave would be a nice addition. Very easy to access this property with a paved road all the way to the property. Very convenient for access to Franklin and Clayton. Check-out procedure was very reasonable. We wish we had a longer stay and would definitely stay again when in this area.

Amazing Family Vacation!!
I'm usually hesitant about booking somewhere without a lot of reviews, however this place is the real deal. Everything was as-shown in the photos, you could tell the hosts knew what they were doing. The low terrain around the house was great to let the kids outside without having to worry too much about them getting hurt. It was a nice bonus. The overall location is pretty solid too, the state park is a quick 15 minute trip away. Overall, this was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend and I would stay again.
